Town Inn Suites Toronto receives mixed reviews, with guests appreciating its spacious suites, convenient downtown location, and friendly staff. However, concerns regarding cleanliness, inconsistent service, and issues like malfunctioning equipment and parking costs are frequently raised. Recent reviews suggest improvements in room quality, particularly with renovated suites, but older units may require attention.

This suite was super nice. Very roomy! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it had a locked balcony door so no enjoying the view from your room and no restaurant available to just walk in and eat after a long day of travel. We had to go wonder around and try to find a place to eat and it was gettingdark. Also 40 dollars for parking is ridiculous ? Next time I will bring my own food to cook in the kitchen( which is nice btw). Close to sick kids hospital which was where we had to go in the morning so a 9 minute drive was super convenient as we are a 3 hour drive from pur home. I would recommend for sure.

The room was really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to a homeless shelter so I was a bit surprised by that but overall the experience was good. My 2 nitpicks are that the pillows in the bedroom are 4 tiny pillows which really diminished my comfort (see picture attached). The other nitpick is that in the morning it took 10 minutes to get an elevator to us that was not full and we were only on the 5th floor which made us late to our medical appointment.

We were upgraded from a Queen suite that was not renovated to a renovated King suite. The Queen suite was outdated - I definitely recommend asking for a renovated suite. The King suite is perfect, super clean, comfortable bed, lots of space, nice kitchen. The staff is very friendly too. Having some basic amenities like salt, pepper, olive oil & balsamic vinegar and paper towels for the kitchen and a few more spoons, forks and knives would make the place A+. They are doing renovation work but we cannot hear anything on our floor. It’s located in a nice area - some people complained about the area in the reviews: the area is actually very nice. Just be aware that it is next to an area with homeless people which might feel less safe at night. It is just one part of a street (a few blocks on Church street) that is bad and can easily be avoided. So really nothing to worry about!

We had a very good stay at Town Inn Suites. The location is convenient, around 7–8 minutes from the metro station, with many restaurants and useful places nearby. The rooms feel more like small apartments rather than standard hotel rooms, with a living area, separate bedroom, and some even featuring a small kitchen. The hotel also has underground parking, which is convenient if traveling by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when they quickly helped us change our room from a double to a twin configuration. The hotel itself is clean, the WiFi worked well, and although it is not the most modern hotel, the comfort and amenities compensate for it. Overall, a very pleasant stay that we would definitely recommend.

I stayed only three nights between late February and early March. The hotel is relatively close to downtown, just six subway stops from Union Station. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and the staff is very kind. However, there are two serious issues that anyone considering staying there should keep in mind: I was without internet service for almost an entire day. I was traveling for work and internet access is very important to me. I understand that outages can happen, but it shouldn’t take so many hours to restore the service. The hotel assigned me room 2701 on the 27th floor. The room was comfortable, but throughout my stay I had to endure loud noises during the early morning that woke me up repeatedly. I couldn’t clearly identify what it was. It might have been the elevator, but at times it sounded as if some kind of work was being done. What I am sure of is that the loud metallic banging noises could not have gone unnoticed by the hotel’s management. For these two reasons, I would not stay there again.

The family had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk, who was always friendly, accommodating, and quick to help with any request, which made our visit feel truly welcoming.

After booking this place, I checked the reviews and they were pretty bad. I got scared and started regretting my decision, but I couldn’t change my reservation. So I decided to trust that everything would be okay and I’m so glad I did! The place is super cool. I really love how it feels like an apartment for an amazing price. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. I truly think this place deserves better and more honest reviews. The service and location are really good.

????? Overall | ????? Service Stayed at Town Inn Suites and the experience was… fine. The room itself was decent and fairly spacious, and the location is convenient if you need to be downtown. Nothing stood out as especially good or especially bad. It wasn’t terrible, just lacking attentiveness and warmth. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for a practical place to stay and don’t have high expectations for service. Average experience, average value.

Stayed here for three nights in January 2026, and it was outstanding. The location couldn't be better for downtown, right off Bloor/Yonge, but our room was on the 19th floor (with great views) and totally quiet. The suite was spacious, peaceful, and absolutely spotless, and the staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the hotel room. After reading several negative reviews, I was a little leery about spending the night at the Town Inn; however, the experience proved to be quite the opposite. The place was welcoming. Upon opening the door, we were welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting/living room area. There is a double closet in the living room, as well as the bedroom, providing plenty of storage space. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, but because of the faulty knob, we couldn't shower. The bedroom was bright, clean, and inviting. That said, the mattress was quite hard and the pillows uncomfortable, which unfortunately did not allow for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was equipped with minimal kitchenware and utensils. A few more forks and spoons would have been appreciated, as there were only three forks and two spoons—insufficient for four people. Nevertheless, everything was clean and tidy. While it wasn’t meticulously spotless, it was satisfactory. The blue recycling box was also appreciated, as it helped keep the recyclables out of the garbage. Unfortunately, the phone served more as decoration, as there was no dial tone. To make any request, one had to physically go to the front desk. Whoever installed the door latch didn't check its safety. It was screwed on backward, hence making it useless. Trying to exit the hotel’s underground parking is an adventure in itself. We kept driving around and around, unsure of where to go. There are numerous signs directing guests to the stairway leading to the hotel, yet not a single sign indicating how to exit the parking area. Driving in circles was both scary and extremely frustrating. Overall, we, along with our four-legged pet, did enjoy our stay at this establishment and will certainly return when visiting Toronto again.
