Amazing experience at the SoHo Hotel! From the staff to the beautiful room and view which is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto. From beginning to end, it was truly a luxurious experience. The gym facility, common space and the restaurant Moretti & cafe are 5 stars. Thank you SoHo, we can't wait to come back!

Loved the proximity to major attractions and the welcome package provided for our dog! The room was very spacious and luxurious, and we were obsessed with the heated bathroom floor. Customer service was also amazing, especially Mik at the front desk and Xavier from the concierge team. They were both so welcoming and helpful!

A hidden GEM!! I want to gatekeep this hotel soooo bad! My stay at the SoHo was amazing! I traveled to Toronto for my birthday and Caribana. The rooms are pristine, spotless (no kidding ). The bathroom is gorgeous, the heated floors spoiled me. The closet was massive. The beds are very comfortable, I slept so good! The housekeeping staff are so nice, Wonderful ladies ! The rooms are serviced and replenished twice a day, which was great! The gym is well equipped, and it is heated!! The location is superb, you are literally steps away from the CN tower and many shops and great restaurants ! I could literally go on and on about this Hotel. Last but certainly not least, when reserving the Hotel, I listed my reason for travel as a birthday celebration. I entered the room and there were balloons, cupcakes, and a happy birthday banner! I did not request any of this.. The concierge team (specifically, Xavier & Manos) are the BOMB! They truly value hospitality and make it their mission to cater to their guest. I will absolutely without a doubt be returning to this location!

Disappointing Stay and Very Poor Value for Money I paid 1,800 for a one-night stay and expected a much higher standard for the price. Unfortunately, I was not impressed at all. Even the hotel entrance felt more like that of a three-star property. The room was not connected to the main hotel, so I had to access a separate side building through the main reception. That building felt closer to a two-star standard. The room itself was plainly decorated, dated and very basic, with no minibar available at all. Even contacting reception was inconvenient. I had to use the room phone to dial an outside line, and the connection was crackly and poor. Overall, the room felt old-fashioned and lacked the quality, amenities and attention to detail I would expect at this price. For 1,800 per night, I expected considerably more and would not consider the stay good value for money.

We’re visiting for the World Cup. Location is close to everything in downtown. The room was clean and cleaned in the morning per request. Parking is in the garage of the hotel which is convenient. Aakash at the front desk is as AMAZING. Concierge was super helpful. Aakash answered all of our questions and showed incredible hospitality. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our next trip back.

We've stayed at the SoHo a couple of times now (As a couple), and both times have been great experiences. Julianna at reception was more than helpful with helping us find the perfect room. As a wheelchair user, sometimes I have to "vet" hotels until we find a truly accessible room. The SoHo's accessible room is great! It could use a little more room around the bed for wheelchairs, but features a massive bathroom with plenty of room, making transfers easy. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful, the on-site Café is a great spot for breakfast or a quick snack. And the location truly cannot be beat!

I stayed here in April 2026 for a conference and was truly impressed with the service and cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff is the best I’ve encounter in the last 10+ years. The front desk staff are equally as amazing. Akash specifically is awesome. He would always greet me as I walked in or out of the hotel and was adamant on me having a wonderful stay. To that point, he far exceeded his goal. The lobby was undergoing some renovations when I arrived so I was a little worried, but I never felt it. I never heard noise and there was no dust in or around the lobby. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced. Hotel location is excellent. The cafe and restaurant in the hotel are both world class as well. Any time I’m back in Toronto I will stay at the SOHO. I could not recommend this hotel more.

An enjoyable stay at SOHO Hotel - excellent service all around. The room we stayed in was quite big, with ample space for a sofa, a writing desk with 2 chairs, and an abundance of drawers in the bedroom area. The closet area is also big, with 2 separate closets for hanging clothes, with shelves and drawers, plus a safe. The marble bathroom floor can be heated, making it comfortable to walk on, especially in the morning or when it is cold outside. The staff at the Concierge gave us a good recommendation on our Niagara Falls day trip, and the staff were always caring and courteous. We were taken care of very well. The Front Desk staff was efficient. With CN Tower and a variety of restaurants in the neighborhood, we are satisfied with the location. We will stay at SOHO next time we are in Toronto.

The Soho Hotel is extremely conveniently located for a Blue Jays game or a trip to the CN Tower/ Aquarium. There are alot of walkable restaurants nearby and they are close to a tram line. I have a few minor grievances, though that might give me pause booking it again as it is pricey. The pillows were not very supportive and some alternative choices would be nice. Our sheets on the bed had rips in them (which was rectified once notes). The temperature in the hotel room was hard to regulate. We didn't suffer but it was either freezing with the A/C on or too hot - but I think this must be from the style of room layout and that the window faced south. I also didn't get to use the hot tub or pool - the times were restricted too much on the weekends, and the kicker here was that I had to sign up for their rewards program in order to use it. Why is the hot tub not available after 8pm on a weekend?! No one mentioned that there were renovations occuring in the lobby. It doesn't appear to effect their operations but was certainly a surprise to me. Finally, as a side note the scent in the hotel is a quite over powering and cloying scent. All that said, the service was decent and the room layout is nice and modern. The views are hard to beat and little attached cafe is cute.

From check in to departing the hotel was nothing short of first class. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of places to put our luggage and hang our clothes. There was ample lighting throughout. I was impressed with the tinted glass doors to close the bedroom from the main room so that one of us could be up and about, in the main area, without disturbing the other. And, everything was very clean. In addition, they made everything as eco friendly as possible. No "do not disturb" sign to hang on the outside of your door, rather a button you pushed that lit up a small space next to the door, outside the room, to signify not to be disturbed. The bathroom was nothing short of phenomenal. There is a night light, under the bathroom sink, that we turned on, which made it so easy when we got up in the middle of the night. The floor in the bathroom was heated. There were both a tub and a walk in shower. And, the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast/lunch cafe offered a nice selection. I had yogurt topped with granola and fresh fruit. It was delicious. And, their coffee was perfect. We didn't try their restaurant because we were on the go so much, but it looked like it would have been as good as the rest of the hotel. It was very tastefully decorated Parking was underground, right at the hotel, with easy access and unlimited in and out, for the usual price you would expect at any downtown metropolitan hotel. The hotel was within walking distance of both sporting venues we were attending and a short walk to CN Tower. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.
