The room and location are great! We booked the King room, but the room size is so good. There is a separate work area with kitchen and utensils. We didn’t expect this. Me and my wife had to do work from here independently, and we were able to do so. They also gave the parking complimentary which was an added bonus. Room and washroom is clean. Overall, an excellent stay.

It was my first time staying at the hotel. My first impression was very nice. The 4 stars i gave for the room was the ceiling noise level. Maybe it was the guest was heavy footed. The guest above was dropping items, move around and talked. When I was sitting on the bed, the noise came back was annoying. Other than that, my experience was excellent. Thank you for your services and professionalism.

Loved our stay! Very clean and comfortable, service was great, got a free upgrade to a larger corner room due to some card issues with their machine. Enough green space for pup to do her business. Pet fee was 30 a night compared to most Air BnBs 50. Breakfast and dinner at the Moxie's onsite was exceptional. Close to many things to do. Ended up extending our stay by a day with no issue to relax and enjoy space. Will definitely go back!

Stayed with this location (Sandman Signature) in March 2026. Very happy with the service they provided and was a very clean establishment. Girl who cleaned the room was very friendly and did a great job Highly recommend staying here. They have a Moxies attached to the hotel which is also nice and we used the facility and it had great food and great service. They also provided free shuttle to the airport which as really nice to have. Give the 5 stars. Thanks ??????????

Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, couch and a desk. The view is beautiful; and, as long as your patio door is closed, then the room is very quiet and the outside world is relatively muted (I can't say this about many Toronto hotels). There is a Starbucks in the main lobby. Their early hours felt like a small luxury, as it saved us from having to track down a local coffee shop that opened its doors by 6am. I also appreciated the little canteen tucked in behind the front desk, as there were many items available at a reasonable rate. One of the standout features for me was the keyed elevator, and the additional security features on the room door. That level of security brought a peace of mind I didn't realize was missing from most of my hotel stays over the years. One of my pet peeves about most hotel rooms is the small entrance to room, however, there was adequate room between the door and the bathroom for shoes/coats. The room was spacious, the patio set on the balcony was a very welcome touch. The staff have been helpful, friendly and promptly assisted us with any requests or issues we've had. I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

Loved our stay!!! From the pick up at the airport, to the warm welcome of Patricia at the front desk. Patricia went above and beyond in helping us with our smooth check in to giving us information that she knew we would need as first timers in Toronto. We look forward to our next travel to this city.

I had a long month + stay there, the front desk crew and manager were awesome and attended to my needs as much as they could. Thank you Laurie’s and gentleman for your patience and understanding!! For me the location was perfect, close to work and restaurants. I would go back there for long stay at the airport, very practical room with kitchen and laundry machines.

We recently stayed here the night before we flew out of the Toronto Airport. This was booked by our travel agent. Front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was wonderful to be able to leave our car for 8 days and no extra charge when our flight was delayed because of the snow storm. Transport to the airport was via shuttle and since we left there at 4am we didn't get breakfast. On return, we called for a pick up. Since the driver was busy they told us to take a taxi and they reimbursed me upon arrival at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I really like this hotel. It’s not fancy and new but the suite was spacious, well equipped (washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen). The staff were wonderful and accommodating, with a special shout-out to Katherine for her help and kindness on a cancelled flight day. Moxies being attached to the hotel is a great addition to the experience. I will definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed here and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We arrived on December 25th late and the front desk staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They truly made our holiday! The next day in a literal blizzard they got us a cab when the shuttle wasn’t able to run on time due to the weather and a delay - and they covered the cost of the cab because of it. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind and the room was clean and quiet. What an amazing Christmas experience.
