Visited here for our anniversary holiday in February. Got a free upgrade to lakeside view. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was large and spacious, no defects found in the room. Bathroom was a good size too and each floor had a water bottle filling station. We would 100% come back again for sure.

Smooth check in, room was clean - love that the rooms are carpet free. The room was a bit chilly so we turned up the heat but nothing happened. We waited to see if it warmed up, it didn't so we alerted the front desk. Within 30 minutes maintenance had the problem solved, very impressed! We had breakfast in the restaurant, food and service were top notch. Kudos to Paul and Harry. Paul is a gem- don't lose him! My husband and I enjoyed his energy, and I loved proving I exist ( inside joke).

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during the last week of November 2025, and our experience was truly excellent. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions. Everything about our stay was great. A special mention goes to Arshiya at the reception counter she was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were all top-notch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Had a quick visit and the room was great. Cute little fireplace light gave it a more homey feel than standard room. Management quickly addressed concerns over party in the room below us. If you park do not pay the person in the garage, instead pay at check in. I didn’t know this so we had paid the garage attendant, at check in I was informed the cost would be due again at 5am when using this method. She was kind enough to credit what we had paid in parking to the lot towards our parking charge for the hotel. Was a nice walk to everything we wanted to see, even in the cold.

Large spacious rooms very comfortable bed. Fairly clean. Could use some cleaning under bed etc. but on par with most hotels. Beautiful view. Good price and easy self parking. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Great checkout times (Noon) and can stay parked until 6pm on day of checkout.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I had the pleasure of meeting the onsite manager as well , such a lovely experience! It’s no surprise that the team reflects the manager’s warm and welcoming attitude. I stayed to celebrate my birthday from Friday 10/10 to Sunday 10/12, and what stood out most was the outstanding attention to detail and care from everyone. They were incredibly kind and even left a thoughtful surprise in my room along with 2 small bottles of white wine. Truly a 10/10 experience. I’d definitely return for the exceptional service!

Great location! Super close to EVERYTHING! Lots of parks and the railcar is always ten steps away from the hotel, as is Tim’s. Pool was closed but we enjoyed the view of the plans taking off, the police and coast guard boats and the helicopter tours. Its a very active location and for good reason. I particularly enjoyed the brewery next door which has a wonder wood fired pizza menu! The people at the desk looked confused despite me calling ahead to ensure my room was ready, maybe it’s just me. The room had a weird remote left in it and the behind bed lighting didn’t work. The soap holder was broken but soap was there and the cabinet holding the fridge was crooked so the door rubbed. The carpet in the halls was a bit gross. The cafe’s espresso machine was broken and the mugs they served my coffee and cream in weren’t the cleanest. View was nice but we decided to skip breakfast after that. This hotel defiantly could use a visit from corporate and maybe a reallocation of funds to bring it forward to this decade. Its lovely don’t get me wrong, just a bit worn out in places. They emailed me about the remote that wasn't mine to make sure I wasn't missing it, very nice. To sum it up: Awesome location Alright experience A nice and worthwhile stay for my business trip.

My husband and I go a few times a year to Toronto for concerts and sports games and we usually stay at the intercontinental but I think this place will be our new go to. Gives the vibes of being at a Florida Oceanside resort. Beautifully set up. Pool looks out on the water as well as the CN tower . The bar and restaurant have a lot of gluten free options ? The room was absolutely gorgeous. Could not have been happier with it. Bed was comfy, came with a fridge and they rolled us in a microwave when we needed it. Room came with a little essential oil bottle for sleep that you spray on your pillow . So cute and smelled very nice . I was definitely in heaven being here. Heated pool and beautiful view . Close to the ferries and great location. Lots to do by the water. I can’t wait to come back with the kids and get the Toronto pass while staying here ? Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Room: clean, comfortable, large washroom and great shower. all appliances worked front desk staff: very helpful and congenial Azure lounge: breakfast was excellent and staff were wonderful with a great sense of humour; they also did something for us when our room wasn't ready we sat by the lounge looking forlorn and they offered us coffee and cinnamon buns gratis! wonderful people Cleaning staff was attentive to our needs and worked through their lunch break to make sure room was ready hotel; location was excellent and helpful that they have valet service and underground parking would recommend this hotel

Nice mid-level hotel. Great staff, great location. We reserved a water facing room, and we're initially pleased to get one on the top floor. However, when we arrived, the temperature in the room was 24. After almost an hour with the AC on as low as it can go, there was little change. Staff sent maintenance, who determined the compressor was not engaging. The on duty manager then got involved.She offered us another room on the top floor which was only slightly cooler, and fairly significantly smaller. We asked if there were any other options that we're more comfortable, and were offered a room on the third floor, which was even smaller. We accepted it, since it was more important to be comfortable. They offered a bottle of wine and and to comp our parking for the inconvenience, they said that the three rooms were all in the same class since one of the two nights we were staying was a points reward night.... Overall it's a good hotel with nice accommodating staff. If you want to be near the water and it's parks and attractions it's a good choice. It's regular room rates are in line with what you get.
