The Park Hyatt Toronto consistently receives rave reviews for its impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location in Yorkville. Guests frequently highlight the attentive staff, comfortable rooms with premium amenities, and the convenience of being near top-tier shopping and dining. While some minor issues with staff availability have been noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
A flawless stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto What an exceptional two days! The Park Hyatt Toronto delivers on every front — the service is impeccable and the staff thinks of every little detail, making you feel truly taken care of from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect: well-situated in Toronto, and honestly a better choice than being right in the downtown core. The rooms are spotless, and I particularly loved the scent — that clean, luxurious smell that instantly makes you feel at home. Having stayed at other top properties, I can confidently say the Park Hyatt surpasses even the Four Seasons. If you’re looking for the best hotel experience in Toronto, look no further.
My girlfriend & I decided to book this hotel for our Valentines Day stayaction and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel from the time you drive in to check in to your room just makes you feel like your welcomed! The king sized room was extremely spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable I was actually surprised! The bathrooms were really clean when we checked in and the room also had all of the things necessary to enjoy a great stay there. We ended up going to Joni's for dinner and then went to the Writers Room upstairs at the rooftop bar for a quick drink with some oysters! We will 100% be doing this experience again before the year is over because it just felt like a good vibe & gave us good energy! PS When we checked out today we were given champange with Valentines Day cookies so it was an amazing was to end out stay there and it definitely left a last impression Thank You Guys!
My daughter and I recently stayed in a standard two-queen room at the Park Hyatt Toronto while visiting the University of Toronto. The location was absolutely fantastic, with the campus just a short walk away — extremely convenient for families visiting students. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We especially loved breakfast at Joni, which was phenomenal — both the food and the service were outstanding. Overall, the combination of prime location, attentive staff, and excellent dining made our stay very memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.
I have to say this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive you are taken care of. I came with my toddler daughter and they helped me with absolutely everything. Concierge unloaded my bags and put them in our room, they brought me anything I needed and overall, everyone is SO kind. You can tell they all really value customer service and want to ensure you are having a good time. I’m not even kidding they would even offer to carry my diaper bag when they saw my hands were full with my kiddo. A special shoutout to Vanessa from concierge, she was so helpful with my daughter. Played and laughed with her while I got myself checked in. There’s a reason why the hotel is on the pricier side but you truly get what you pay for. Traveling without my husband I wanted to make sure I was staying somewhere where I could get help if I needed it - Park Hyatt did not disappoint. Another great pro is the in and out valet privileges. You use an app to order your car and it’s ready and warm for you!!
I had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Toronto. The hotel is right in the heart of Yorkville, with the best shopping, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. My suite was perfect! I loved the layout and the understated, residential feel. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. I stayed for a full week, and every single staff member I met was warm, genuine, and on point with service. They really made the experience feel special. A big THANK YOU to Park Hyatt Toronto for a fantastic stay. I can't wait to come back!
For the past five years, we escape New York and the U.S. during thanksgiving to enjoy a relaxing week at the Park Hyatt Toronto. It’s a luxurious time filled with great food, relaxation and pampering. From the time we drive up to the driveway, we are welcomed and treated like we’re the only guests. The check-in process is efficient and stress-free. We’re in our upgraded suite in less than ten minutes and the stress of daily life just starts to melt away. Our room is spacious and comforting with plenty of space for all. What really stands out for us is the seamless efficiency of the entire staff. They work together to anticipate our needs and respond to our requests big and small. They spoil our two daughters with little treats and informal banter. Our girls feel this is their second home. The housekeeping staff keep our room spotless which is not easy with two young girls under ten. The valet team always gets our car out in less than five minutes following our request. The staff at the Joni restaurant make sure our breakfasts are quick and tailored to our constantly changing tastebuds. The concierge team gets to know us quickly to help provide recommendations and novel experiences not just touristy one-offs. The staff really makes this a special hotel and special experience. We are able to walk around the neighborhood to do a bit of pre-holiday shopping and enjoy some great meals and drinks. Also don’t forget to take advantage of all the amenities the hotel offers which truly adds value to our stay. We love the park Hyatt and highly recommend it as an ideal sanctuary ahead of the year-end sprint through the holidays.
I had an exceptional experience visiting Park Hyatt Toronto. The service was incredible, with the staff being incredibly courteous and respectful. It is also in an ideal location for a vacation, being right next to the Royal Ontario Museum. I was also very impressed with the facilities especially the fitness center. In all my years staying at hotels, I have never seen a hotel provide earbuds for the machines so you can watch your things! The breakfast is also delicious and the staff are great. My only critique would be that the hotel design is slightly confusing since there are also the residences, which creates two different groups of elevators which all take you to different parts of the hotel. However, it was just an amazing experience. Highly reccomend.
Park Hyatt Toronto is a luxurious, sophisticated hotel that perfectly blends comfort, elegance, and artistic flair. Ideally located in the heart of Yorkville, it offers easy access to upscale shopping, museums, and fine dining, making it one of the most desirable spots in the city. Following a complete renovation, the hotel is stunning—modern design elements are seamlessly integrated with classic touches. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, featuring premium bedding, high-end bath amenities, and meticulous attention to detail, offering an exceptional stay experience. As expected from the Park Hyatt brand, the service is outstanding. The front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams are professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They respond promptly to guest needs, truly making you feel at home. The hotel’s dining options are equally impressive. The Rooftop Lounge offers breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline—perfect for a relaxing drink or evening gathering. Breakfast is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, Park Hyatt Toronto provides a memorable and refined experience. It’s more than just a hotel—it’s a reflection of the city’s culture, art, and elegance. A perfect choice for travelers seeking both comfort and class.
Had a really good stay. There was a small issue at check-in, but Assistant rooms Manager Joy handled it wonderfully and with such sincerity that it truly impressed me. Thanks to her, I ended up having an excellent experience. It’s the passionate and dedicated staff like Joy that give this hotel its spirit!
I stayed here for three nights and have mixed feelings about the experience. What I loved: The location is excellent. Rooms are very thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The lighting is perfect, and I especially appreciated the floor-level night light that turns on when you step out of bed — such a clever feature that I’d love to have at home. The staff — door attendants, valet, reception — are all very courteous and welcoming. What could be improved: The hotel seems terribly understaffed. Despite booking months in advance, we didn’t get access to our rooms until 4:30 PM. Guest services are difficult to reach; it takes ages for anyone to answer the phone. Our Nespresso machine wasn’t working. We were told it would be replaced, but no one came for hours. I eventually fixed it myself out of desperation for coffee. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. The house-keeping staff put out used glasses and forgot to replace them. They remained outside for more than four hours. When I tried to retrieve them, a staff member passing by stopped me and assured me fresh ones would be brought soon — but no one came until 9:30 PM, when I was already asleep, and they rang the bell incessantly until I answered. Overall, this hotel gets the basics right in terms of design, comfort, and location, but operational efficiency and timely service need serious improvement.
