We’ve heard spectacular reviews about this hotel. We had to see it for ourselves. This hotel is definitely upscale, from the moment you walk in, you feel like 5 starts. Marina was at the front desk helping us with the check in to the check out to the concierge, and providing us with excellent service. The staff is truly incredible. Super welcoming, and friendly. The valet staff, to holding our bags while we explore the city. This hotel is truly breathtaking- walking distance to almost everything. The complimentary ride service was also nice, included with our stay- certain radius. Writers room is upscale, rooftop bar. Stunning views. Incredible staff as well.

We have been staying at this hotel for about a week, and I especially wanted to take the time to recognize Amir at the front desk. From the moment my family and I arrived, Amir was truly a bright spot in our experience. We had just gone through a very difficult couple of days of travel, including flight delays and cancellations, and by the time we finally reached the hotel, we were exhausted. Amir greeted us with such warmth, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. He made our check-in and transition into our rooms incredibly smooth and immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Throughout our stay, that first impression has only gotten stronger. Amir is sharp, attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and has an exceptional attitude. He doesn’t simply do his job—he pays attention to people and understands hospitality. That is something you cannot always teach. As someone who leads and works closely with a team myself, I know how valuable it is when you have an employee like Amir representing your organization. Employees with his combination of professionalism, initiative, personality, and ability deserve to be recognized, developed, and given opportunities to move into greater responsibility. To the person who hired Amir: you made an excellent choice. I sincerely hope hotel leadership recognizes the talent they have in him. In my opinion, he is someone worth investing in and moving up within the organization. Amir, thank you for being such a wonderful part of our family’s stay. It has genuinely been a pleasure getting to know you.

Had a great stay at Park Hyatt! Check-in was smooth, and the welcome glass of Prosecco on a hot day was a nice surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable (which deserves a special mention these days!). Room service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Definitely check out the rooftop bar the views are gorgeous, but make a reservation in advance. The sauna and steam room were another highlight. I used them several times, and it was so peaceful that the only thing I heard was the occasional subway rumble underground. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thanks, Park Hyatt team -you made it hard to leave!

The hotel was generally very good. The food and beverages were excellent, the room was very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were luxurious. If the staff at the entrance had opened the doors and assisted with luggage, I would have given 5 stars for service. Instead, I had to lift my heavy luggage myself on both arrival and departure. The doormen were on their phones and talking amongst themselves - customers were clearly not their priority. I observed this throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. However, I hope that next time my arrival and departure are closer to the standard I’d expect from a Park Hyatt - or any self-respecting five star hotel.

I do a lot of traveling and have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and I have to say I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were exceptional, very nice, professional, and accommodating. The room was nice and well appointed even though I just got a more basic regular room. It was our anniversary and they sent a card and champagne to our room which was thoughtful. The location was very good too. It is close to high end shopping, good restaurants, and 2 metro stations and it is also easy to get picked up and dropped off by Uber under their awning. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Toronto.

We enjoyed everything about this property. To put it simply, the room pleasant with a modern touch, we enjoyed our visits and meals at Joni, and the proximity to Yorkville was great. With that said, the most pleasant and important experience was with the staff! Every member from every department we came in contact with was friendly, polite and welcoming and helpful to the enth degree! It was a wonderful stay!

My girlfriend & I decided to book this hotel for our Valentines Day stayaction and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel from the time you drive in to check in to your room just makes you feel like your welcomed! The king sized room was extremely spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable I was actually surprised! The bathrooms were really clean when we checked in and the room also had all of the things necessary to enjoy a great stay there. We ended up going to Joni's for dinner and then went to the Writers Room upstairs at the rooftop bar for a quick drink with some oysters! We will 100% be doing this experience again before the year is over because it just felt like a good vibe & gave us good energy! PS When we checked out today we were given champange with Valentines Day cookies so it was an amazing was to end out stay there and it definitely left a last impression Thank You Guys!

My daughter and I recently stayed in a standard two-queen room at the Park Hyatt Toronto while visiting the University of Toronto. The location was absolutely fantastic, with the campus just a short walk away — extremely convenient for families visiting students. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We especially loved breakfast at Joni, which was phenomenal — both the food and the service were outstanding. Overall, the combination of prime location, attentive staff, and excellent dining made our stay very memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.

I was most impressed with the staff, especially the front desk. Chris checked us in, and I saw her many times throughout my 4 day stay. She was the ultimate professional with warmth and kindness above and beyond. All were kind to children too! I was also very impressed when upon running by the desk to my airport uber (who was angry with my delay needing to run back into hotel) I asked about another candle name to buy later on line (I had already bought another there) he grabbed one and gave it to me. I was shocked by that! Food was amazing, turn down service, scents everywhere, lovely tub and quietness of the room. I will be back!!
