Recently stayed at Pantages Hotel during a trip to Toronto. The men at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The check in and check out process was easy and my room was ready early. The room was really spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. I had a great stay and given the location, the price was very good. The only negative was the tv was outdated and didn't work very well, but other than that small detail, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel!

Had the most lovely weekend experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond at every request I had in such a kind manner. The rooms were extremely clean and practical while being aesthetically pleasing. Cleaning staff was precise and ensured the bedding was made every day. Only inconvenient part was not having parking for the hotel itself, have to just part across the street or nearby so it was still very manageable. If you’re debating this hotel, I would say book it. I’m an extremely picky person and this place checked off everything I needed for the trip. Looking forward to staying here again.

The BEST customer service we have ever had at a hotel. Pella at the front desk was amazing and she made our stay so easy and was super helpful. She is a gem!!! The location was perfect to get around downtown with the Eaton Center being a 2min walk away. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Toronto but here.

Booked this hotel on the recommendation of my local colleagues. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality/size of the room and its superb location. Service was prompt and friendly at the front desk. My room was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again. I also felt very safe here as a solo female traveler.

Nice hotel and a great location. It’s close to everything and very walkable. There’s a parking lot by the church nearby where you can reserve parking for cheap, which was super convenient. The room was good, clean, and comfortable, and overall the stay was smooth and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it if you want something central and easy to get around from.

This is a great hotel to stay in Toronto. Everything was perfect. It was a last minute find and I was totally surprised it was going to be that nice. I really enjoyed everything. Front desk agents were all very kind. Rooms are beautiful. Steps from Eaton Center just a really great location. I 100% would love to stay here again. Beautiful hotel. Thank you Pantages Hotel.

Stayed two nights January 2-4. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was excellent and I loved my room. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing. This will be my go to hotel any time I need a break to the city.

We were looking for a cozy family night out and are so glad we discovered Pantages Hotel’s Stages Restaurant & Lounge for their Piano Nights featuring the smooth, soulful sounds of Toronto artist Jesse Maxwell. Amazing service, our bartender were super kind and very friendly to talk to. His red wine recommendation was exceptional, we had Henry of Pelham Baco Noir, perfect pairing for the steak. Live piano, a bottle of wine, juicy steak, and a delicious peach cobbler to share—Pantages gave us a Saturday night that truly felt like a love song. ?? A special touch we loved was the books area in the lounge. We even read our toddler a bedtime story right there, which saved us the nighttime routine at home! It would be wonderful if they added a larger children’s book selection, as we only found a few titles for kids. Highly recommend for a cozy yet family-friendly evening in the heart of Toronto.

Extra large room, lots of seating in the room , tables and lighting. Large well appointed Barth room with large shower. Large windows which let in plenty of light. The bed was a king size with big pillows and a supportive mattress. Great room temperature. Located immediately next to the Montreal University which makes the area extremely busy during the evening hours. Lots of security in the area. A countless number of places to eat. Additionally it’s very close to Chinatown, which is reflected in the number of Asian restaurants within walking distance.
