Highly recommended hotel for any leisure or business traveller, or just for a fun or relaxing staycation. Professional, knowledgeable, absolutely friendly service all around, & simply warm &’welcoming. This hotels aesthetics are modern, calming, beautiful & very clean & comfortable. Great amenities such as the terrific pool & gym, & the convenience of the transit line is a plus. Located in a safe area with lots to do. Bonus is that they have an interactive screen available to select any activity or interest on the grounds or in the area. Parking is reasonably priced & cab or uber services, are very prompt. The restaurant within the hotel is a must try, it was very enjoyable. I will be revisiting sooner than later! :) Thanks to everyone here that made it so memorable!

Rooms are clean and big. Decent view. However, bad soundproofing - you can hear everyone. If you are in the hallway, you hear people talk in their rooms. Even if they talk at low voice. Fantastic location in North York. Directly connected to a mall and metro access. Lots of food around. Service was good. Price was Ok. It’s a decent hotel but nothing luxurious.

Not a great experience. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed at first. I had to call and then they agreed to give me a king size… that I paid for…. The view of the second room was very nice. On the second night, I got back around 6:30 pm and there was not water. No one advised us, no follow up, no communication whatever. This was ongoing all night. Eventually we were able to shower with cold water in the morning (no hot water). Again ZERO communication, no compensation whatsoever, vouchers, credit, they just said if you are not happy, you can cancel the room, but we had no where else to go…. Bad customer service. Paid full price and got the wrong room and no water. I would stay away

Strongest point of this hotel is good location, situated right next to North York Centre subway station entrance. The stay was comfortable. However, the experience was hampered by unable to access wifi (problem with the wifi Hotspot page where I was unable to click on the Connect button due to part of the Hotspot wrapping in front of the Connect button). Also, the toothpaste provided was packaged in a package that was so hard to tear that I needed to use my teeth to tear it off. But otherwise, the service was good and the bed was comfortable, so it was an enjoyable stay overall.

The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable. I did struggle with the pillows but i have issues so it's more a "me" problem. I loved that you needed a keycard to activate the elevator, that added safety measure was appreciated. The room was perfect for the stay and I would absolutely revisit. The staff were friendly, no attitude for anything, just a welcoming smile which was nice.

No sympathy from staff. Had some complaints about the room having no sheets and no lock on the bathroom. They said they can change the room to another room that was the same thing. Asked for a refund and said everything was pre paid so they can’t give me anything back. Did nothing to make me feel welcomed. Didnt even refund my parking. Will never stay here again and would not recommend them to anyone else. Stay away!!! Worst experience

Great Stay! Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable! The hotel rooms are small but absolutely spotless, and the AC is wonderfully quiet — which is a big plus! The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is connected to a plaza, which is super convenient — you can easily walk to the food court for meals, especially great when the weather is cold. There’s also a library and a lovely plant shop nearby, adding to the charm of the area. Everything is close: restaurants, cafés, and clean, safe streets all around. Parking is $12 per night in an underground garage, and it was very easy to find a spot. Overall, our stay was smooth and enjoyable, highly recommended!

The single worst experience I've had at a hotel and I've been to more than I can count. Staff barely speak English. Booked a superior room with king size bed. Was given a small part of what should be a suite with a chair blocking the connecting door so they could lease the other half. The bed was not even queen size and basically folded inward when laid on creaking constantly. Called to request an extra blanket was told "yeah sure" and not sent one. Tried calling the desk multiple times to no answer. Finally after it was almost midnight, and I called again waiting 10 minutes on hold so they could find someone with good enough English to hold a conversation. I was switched to another room. Absolutely abysmal. The Parkway Sheraton is cheaper and 500% better. Worth being farther away. Never stay here.

Staff are incredible. Love that they have video games and touch screens for kids to use while parents check in. Rooms are clean and updated but small. No ice machine on each floor. Incredibly small fridge and no microwave. You have to pay to park in the underground parking.

Clean rooms. Hotel smells nice and clean too. Lobby has some game you can pay to play. Nice pool and gym to use during your stay. There is a a small food court in the mall attached as well as other shops. Close to many different amenities and public transit. Overall a great stay for the price.
