This hotel is nice. I believe it is primarily a business hotel and I stayed here to be away from the World Cup football problems of Downtown Toronto. It is not a 5 star luxury hotel but a really nice business type hotel. I reserved two Executive rooms with a king bed and both rooms were nice. They were recently upgraded and well appointed. They are not really that large but the space is well designed and used. I felt really at home and really enjoyed the room. I picked the rooms with the glass showers and they are nice with really great with nice hot water with strong water pressure. The staff at this hotel are top notch. Extremely helpful and most pleasant. Mariia was simply the best when I was reserving the rooms back in February 2026 and when we met offered really great advice as to where to go and where to eat in the area and Downtown Toronto. I can say nothing bad about the staff and the hotel, and for a hotel away from downtown this is a good choice. The Metro is just seconds away so getting anywhere was really easy by train and by car.

I liked the functional/comfortable layout and design of the room. European vibe. I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine. I wished the restaurant and food was open later - having a beer and a snack after 10 would have been better than walking down Yonge looking for something open. Snack machine on the 3rd floor was not working - and there was no ice machine (that I could find). Walls seem thin - I could here things like running water. Same with hall noise - the door should have a sweep or seal, there was about a 12mm gap that light shone through.

It was a great stay. They made note of our celebration and the breakfast was much better then we would have guessed. We drove in to the area and had nice parking. The Hotel is near the subway station so it was a breeze to get down town for the show we made plans to see. Staff was kind. The building was clean. The the building and view from our rooms was all great!

Our stay was just okay. Little things throughout our stay did make it so that I wouldn’t stay here again. The location was nice and close to transit and many restaurants. Staff were friendly. Those are the only positive things I can think of. Our first room had a used towel left from the previous guest. Very minor mistake but I don’t know how housekeeping could have left it as it was the first thing I saw when I entered the bathroom. The hotel and rooms are a little run down. Might need renovations soon. We were given a new room that was the same. Beds are okay. We got in late that night and I forgot to leave the do not disturb sign out. At 8 am we got a knock for housekeeping and as I made my way to open the door she was already opening it. That has never happened to me. Also there are no latches on the door. Had I been travelling alone that would’ve made me change hotels. The wifi also never worked for all 3 of us. Never had that happen at a hotel. Just overall not a hotel I would stay at again. If I had seen a review like mine I probably would’ve chosen someplace else.

Highly recommended hotel for any leisure or business traveller, or just for a fun or relaxing staycation. Professional, knowledgeable, absolutely friendly service all around, & simply warm &’welcoming. This hotels aesthetics are modern, calming, beautiful & very clean & comfortable. Great amenities such as the terrific pool & gym, & the convenience of the transit line is a plus. Located in a safe area with lots to do. Bonus is that they have an interactive screen available to select any activity or interest on the grounds or in the area. Parking is reasonably priced & cab or uber services, are very prompt. The restaurant within the hotel is a must try, it was very enjoyable. I will be revisiting sooner than later! :) Thanks to everyone here that made it so memorable!

Rooms are clean and big. Decent view. However, bad soundproofing - you can hear everyone. If you are in the hallway, you hear people talk in their rooms. Even if they talk at low voice. Fantastic location in North York. Directly connected to a mall and metro access. Lots of food around. Service was good. Price was Ok. It’s a decent hotel but nothing luxurious.

Not a great experience. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed at first. I had to call and then they agreed to give me a king size… that I paid for…. The view of the second room was very nice. On the second night, I got back around 6:30 pm and there was not water. No one advised us, no follow up, no communication whatever. This was ongoing all night. Eventually we were able to shower with cold water in the morning (no hot water). Again ZERO communication, no compensation whatsoever, vouchers, credit, they just said if you are not happy, you can cancel the room, but we had no where else to go…. Bad customer service. Paid full price and got the wrong room and no water. I would stay away

Strongest point of this hotel is good location, situated right next to North York Centre subway station entrance. The stay was comfortable. However, the experience was hampered by unable to access wifi (problem with the wifi Hotspot page where I was unable to click on the Connect button due to part of the Hotspot wrapping in front of the Connect button). Also, the toothpaste provided was packaged in a package that was so hard to tear that I needed to use my teeth to tear it off. But otherwise, the service was good and the bed was comfortable, so it was an enjoyable stay overall.

The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable. I did struggle with the pillows but i have issues so it's more a "me" problem. I loved that you needed a keycard to activate the elevator, that added safety measure was appreciated. The room was perfect for the stay and I would absolutely revisit. The staff were friendly, no attitude for anything, just a welcoming smile which was nice.

No sympathy from staff. Had some complaints about the room having no sheets and no lock on the bathroom. They said they can change the room to another room that was the same thing. Asked for a refund and said everything was pre paid so they can’t give me anything back. Did nothing to make me feel welcomed. Didnt even refund my parking. Will never stay here again and would not recommend them to anyone else. Stay away!!! Worst experience
