Breakfast and the location were great, but the lack of follow-through was disappointing. This was my third stay at this location in the past six months. I requested facial tissues in the morning and nothing was done until I called again that evening. At check-in, I waited 30+ minutes for a luggage trolley, and what made it worse was the front desk didn’t offer any alternatives or assistance. I also asked multiple times for the duty manager to contact me during and after my stay, but never received a call. While they offered 25% off a future stay, it doesn’t really make up for the experience.

Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Felt safe. Great comfy room (we had the full one bedroom.) A bit small but quite cozy. The only thing was the parking lot is small and shared by another major hotel and it's tight.

The good: The room was very nice and spacious, great having 2 tv's. The bad: It was difficult to get hot water from some of the taps, shower was dated and not great water pressure. Each night there was a strong smell of jet fuel in the hallways. I've stayed in many airport hotels and have never encountered that before. We were told by the front desk that it happens from time to time. The parking lot is much to small - 2 nights it was impossible to get a parking spot. The pool is small and gets crowded, especially for being shared between the Hampton and the Homewood suites. Also you had to buzz in and out of the pool, and often it was tricky getting the security doors open. You also had to swipe your card to get ice. Strangely enough all exterior doors to the hotel were unlocked. The breakfast area was nice, but the food wasn't great. Very little variation from day to day. When staying in the area again, we'll try something different.

We recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Airport and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious — we had two beds, a small kitchenette, and a full-sized fridge, which is much bigger compared to the tiny fridges in most hotels. It was very convenient, especially for families. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always smiling and greeting guests as they passed by, which made the stay feel warm and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, and we appreciated how the staff consistently refilled the food to make sure everything was available. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. The pool washroom was quite dirty during our visit — bathroom tissue was scattered on the floor, the garbage was overflowing, and there was soap left on the sink. Also, there were no garbage bins in the room, particularly in the washroom and kitchen area, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and family-friendly hotel with great staff and amenities, but housekeeping attention in certain areas could be improved.

Yes, friends, we stayed here for a total of ten days on two separate occasions with my friend. The rooms are nice and clean, the towels and bathroom are good, the TV is nice, and the place seems clean. However, what I didn't like, and what I saw on both occasions, was that the people preparing breakfast were constantly staring and making us uncomfortable. The people working in the breakfast area were counting people's bites.

2 BR, 2 Baths suite. Nice and clean. It's a good hotel. Although the rooms were great and it was winter time, my daughter told me that the water took a long time to heat up. Good breakfast.

this was a wonderful experience , the hotel is clean and neat , the breakfast has a lot of variety , the staff is wonderful and very helpful and the bus driver so friendly and educated. my experience was wonderful and i will recommended it to anyone. also they pick you up from the airport , that is very close by , and there is restaurant from walking distance so the location is 10/10. the gym is pretty good and the pool very cozy. i will come back for sure .

My family and I have been staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton after a major flood in our home, and I just have to say how thankful we are for everyone here. Heather (the manager) and Joanna (the Suite Star Server) have been absolutely amazing, so kind, caring, and understanding. They really went above and beyond for us and made such a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The hotel has everything we’ve needed. The free breakfast, all-day coffee, ensuite kitchen, and daily cleaning service have been a huge help for our family. Plus, the bus stop is only about 2 minutes away and goes straight to Kipling Station, which makes my commute super easy. I can’t thank Heather, Joanna, and the whole team enough for their kindness and professionalism. They made us feel welcome and cared for when we needed it most. ?

The Room was nice and clean. I checked in around 3:30EST at Homewood suites. I couldn't tell if the ladies at the counter were laughing at me or the other person who was also checking in but it was unprofessional. After I got to my room, I was looking for a visitors' book to know what restaurants were in the area and they referred me to UberEats without providing more options but I needed areas by foot and didn't want to stay at the hotel. The lady that answered was very unhelpful in my search and was left to my own to explore. The shower pressure was very low and the TV channels didn't match the TV guide and there was no physical list to support either. I had to use my restaurant bag for the garbage because I couldn't find the bin. There wasn't even on in the bathroom. Breakfast was warm and very reasonable. Bonus points for complementary breakfast with overnight chia, we don't see that often.

I stayed here this last weekend for 3 nights. The location is nice and close to the airport without being loud at all, which was great. But we had a couple of incidents that made the overall experience negative. The first thing was on the third day that our room had an ant infestation. We had only left an apple out and they were swarming. We had to be somewhere on a timeline that morning. I informed the front desk and they offered to move us to a room that was smaller with one less bed (though did offer to bring us a cot) or the option of having the room sprayed. We were unable with our time constraints to move our stuff at that moment, and i was concerned about having the room sprayed with our stuff (and us) in it so I declined both options and told them when we came back later that day we'd let them know our decision. When we got back, we then discovered ants in the bathroom on our toothbrushes, so we decided that it was worth moving at that point. When i went down to talk to the front desk they were unaware of the infestation. And when I initially mentioned it they assumed i was talking about an entirely different room. So clearly this is an issue in more than one area. They did move us to a similar room, but at that point it was fairly late. The air conditioner in the room would not shut off and was keeping the room at 62 degrees when the thermostat was calling for 70. At that point it was late and we needed to sleep so we just bundled up to sleep. The next morning I went down to mention the issues with the air conditioner and almost got reprimanded for not calling about the issue. I had no interest in a maintenance person being in our room that late while we were trying to sleep so I choose to forgo the issue until the following morning. They did apologize for the inconvenience and deal with the issue, and I know that hotels can get pests, it's just a part of life. But I just don't feel that the handling of this was up to par. In only a short trip the hotel became an annoyance and a hindrance instead of just part of the experience. And now I have to keep all of my belongings outside of my house and wash everything before I bring it in out of fear of taking ants home with me. Just not impressed and I won't be back
