The Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre consistently receives positive feedback for its friendly staff and convenient airport shuttle service. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the complimentary breakfast, particularly the waffle bar. However, some reviews highlight issues with dated room furnishings and occasional operational challenges with amenities like the shuttle and TV remote.
Clean, excellent service and customer support. Nice covered seating area out back. Fresh coffee, tea & hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times. Not a breakfast person but everyone looked like they were enjoying it and a coffee server made the rounds to refill their cups.
My flight was late arriving, which meant that my Via Rail connection time was super tight. The front desk staff and the shuttle service driver, went above and beyond to ensure that I got to the airport and the UP Express train to Union Station on time. It has been many years since I have experienced the level of service that this Hampton team provided, and I would like to thank them wholeheartedly. I am looking forward to staying there again. Date of stay:January 2026
Great experience: About a month ago, I stayed at the Hotel Hampton, and it was a perfect experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Moreover, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, which contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay. Thank you for the great service.
My stay was alright in general. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming and the room cleaning was efficient. The room was comfortable. The areas that need improvement are: - The breakfast was rich and satisfactory. I stayed at the hotel for a week. Toward the end they ran out of certain things such as fruit flavored yogurt and whatever they ran out was off the menu. They did not replace it, so toward the end, the breakfast was not as rich. They should have had the low stock items delivered before they ran out of them. - The remote TV control on the app on my cell phone was a convenience and easy to figure out. But during my last night Tubi stopped working on TV. Thanks to good old YouTube; I managed to watch 60s and 70s horror classics. - The shuttle bus to the airport is great if you have 1 piece of light luggage. If you have more than 1 like 3 heavy pieces like I did, you'd better call Lyft. The driver is 70 years old and female who does not want to help putting them inside the shuttle bus. You will have to lift them up and put them inside a high shuttle bus yourselves.
All in all we had a pleasant stay here. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. The location was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle service also delivered as expected. We would definitely stay here again
We called before booking to check if they had a hot tub and they said yes, which was a lie. Then they called the city to have our car ticketed, despite having paid for parking. The receptionist tried their best to help but said the manager would need to investigate the claim, leaving us in limbo. If they had been honest about the hot tub and handled parking reasonably, we would have given them five stars. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.
Very cool trip to Toronto for my Chicago family. Visited The CN tower and Rogers Center. We stayed at this hotel and it’s did its very nice job service was awesome everyone at the front desk was very nice, room service was quick and accurate as-well. The rooms were very nice the washrooms were clean two good beds not bed bugs clean AC very new and good working TV. The location was ok kinda hard to get out of the area to get to downtown Toronto. Great free brekfest worth every penny. Overall very nice stay thank you Hampton inn!
Only there for 1 night but we were greeted by a very courteous receptionist all staff were freindly and greeted us with a freindly smile or a hello. Breakfast was hectic but with last Jay's game of season very understandable. Room were clean spacious with everything we needed. Bonus was the personalized greeting on TV
The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, especially Tania at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Our stay started a little rocky, as the first room we were given had a TV that wasn’t working (we later learned it had been out since the day before). Once we brought it up, they promptly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. Breakfast was decent — the waffle station was a highlight — though I would have preferred regular bacon instead of peameal. The location is very convenient, with an easy drive into downtown Toronto. While the rooms are definitely dated and could use some updating, the excellent service from the staff made a real difference in our stay.
I stayed 5 nights in room 523 end of the hall where I thought I would have the least number of disruptions. I was incorrect. I happened to sleep directly beside the fire door for the stair case. Some people must've liked to use the stairwell because at 2 or 3 am the door would close and sound like some one was in my room, a jump startle for sure. I ended up putting a cardboard piece in the door to prevent it slamming but allowed it to close and I was able to sleep uninterrupted for the remaining nights. I realize that the fire code likely does not permit this and I wasn't about to complain to the front desk as they wouldn't be able to help with it for sure. However, if it was the night staff doing checks of the floors late at night, please understand the havoc allowing that door to slam and catch. If all else fails, learn this, don't stay beside the fire doors. The room was very simple, clean and comfortable. I was very surprised that there was no conditioner available in the room? Shampoo and body soap and moisturizer, but no conditioner? Odd Hampton. Go back to little ones
