This stunning downtown Toronto property is celebrated for its world-class service, elegant rooms, and excellent dining options like Café Boulud. Guests consistently praise the immaculate cleanliness and spacious accommodations, noting the hotel's ability to provide a seamless, high-end stay for families and business travelers alike. The spa and fitness center are major draws, though guests should be mindful of renovation disruptions and potential overcrowding at the facilities.
Incredible 3-night stay. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Breakfast at Café Boulud was of very good quality. The spa is very relaxing and has all required amenities (pool, hot tub, steam rooms, as well as incredible changing rooms). We tried d|bar on our last evening and cocktails and food were delicious, bravo to Guillaume its new General Manager. On top of that, all staff was very caring and made us feel more than welcomed. Special thank you to Lyvie at front desk, as well as Gabriel at d|bar. We’ll definitely be back when in Toronto.
Our stay at The Four Seasons was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated — the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail. The property itself is stunning, and every part of the experience felt seamless and luxurious. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Daniel, the front desk supervisor. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely embodies what five-star service should feel like. No request felt too big or too small, and he handled everything with such calm confidence and professionalism. We can’t wait to come back. The Mitchell’s
The good: the rooms and service were as extraordinary as we expected. Worth the money and I would absolutely return for those. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was, again, nothing short of lovely. We were well taken care of, and satiated. The very bad: We selected to stay at this 4 Seasons due to the spa, (being a hotel *and spa*, after all). What better way to beat the winter in Toronto than a relaxing soak on a luxe spa? Unfortunately, relaxation is miles away at Four Seasons Toronto. The spa was absolutely OVERWHELMED with children, including pool noodles, floaties, screaming horseplay, and beach balls. In what world is that conducive to relaxation?? We were unable to use the lap pool due to an ongoing game of Marco Polo. The 2 person infrared sauna was almost never available because of a rotating door of children rushing in and out to experiment with it. I understand that the spa is not adults-only, but there are apparently no rules whatsoever here. This experience made Carnival Cruise feel high-brow by comparison. Consider yourself warned.
Just spent 10 days at Four Seasons Toronto and couldn't rave about it more. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. I was traveling with colleagues and we all remarked how cozy and quiet the rooms were. As expected at a Four Seasons, the service was top notch. The concierge went out of his way to help with a couple of specific requests, the servers in d | bar were gracious and helpful. My only note of feedback is the huge miss on the fitness center -- while it's being renovated they are offering two very substandard spaces within the hotel not befitting of a Four Seasons. Other than that, highly highly recommend!
Favorite hotel in the city for a staycation. I am a sucker for Spa treatments and I have gotten the best RMT massage and facials at their spa. They have great amenities in the room, amazing gym, and relaxing spa. Definitely a place I will come back to!
Had the absolute worst birthday at the SPA. I want to share my experience so the hotel can fix this place and improve their response policies. My husband cut his foot in the jacuzzi. We were sitting on the steps when one of the tiles, cut like a razor blade and sliced off an area of approximately 1 cm in diameter from his heel. He started bleeding immediately, and we requested help. I assumed they would close the jacuzzi right away due to the blood and for safety reasons, but they did not. The staff helped by providing basic assistance to clean the wound, but that was all. I expected they would assist us in getting medical attention so the injury could be properly cleaned and stitched, but that never happened. My husband could not walk due to the pain, and every time he tried, the wound started bleeding again. Because of this, we were unable to leave and had to stay there for lunch, spending an additional $150 that we had not planned to spend. Although the staff was very kind, what we truly needed was proper assistance. As tourists, we didn’t know what to do or where to go. They offered us the option to return and enjoy another full day at the pool, but one visit was more than enough after this experience. I really expected more from the hotel. My husband was extremely kind and did not make a big deal out of the situation because he didn’t want to ruin my day, but the hotel ultimately did with this lack of support, attention, and responsibility.
Beautiful hotel… elegant, calm and refined Valet was efficient, organized and friendly. Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Café Boulud, is the hotel restaurant and the food is exceptional, beautifully plated, and full of flavour. The service is impeccable!!
My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was world-class—genuine, attentive, and flawlessly professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed with luxurious touches that made it feel like a private retreat in the heart of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of Toronto’s skyline were stunning. Housekeeping was impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful turndown service each evening. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The spa is a serene oasis, and the pool and fitness center are top-tier. I also had an incredible dining experience at Café Boulud—creative dishes, excellent wine pairings, and exceptional service. What truly sets this hotel apart is its unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether you're visiting for business or a special occasion, the Four Seasons Toronto delivers a truly elevated experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
Exceptional stay! The team here anticipates all your needs. They particularly accommodated our infant daughter’s needs in the room. Exceptional view, wonderful hotel, spacious modern rooms; all consistent with the 4S brand you’d expect
Our recent stay at the Four Seasons Toronto was wonderful, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. The suite was incredibly spacious and designed with thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable, especially traveling with a baby. The two full bathrooms in the suite were particularly useful and a huge convenience. The hotel's decor is beautiful, contributing to a truly luxurious atmosphere. Most of the service was excellent and met the high standards we've come to expect from the Four Seasons. We were checked in by a team member in training who was very kind, though they didn't have a chance to walk us through all the hotel amenities and benefits. This was a minor point, as everything else was fantastic. The only other small hiccup was on our last morning, when the breakfast restaurant was extremely busy with a 25-minute wait. Despite these two small points, our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time and can't wait to return on our next trip to Toronto.
