Situated close to Toronto Pearson Airport, the Embassy Suites offers a modern, spacious suite experience favored by travelers for its complimentary shuttle service and included breakfast. However, upkeep issues, inconsistent staff performance, and the vehicle theft in the adjacent parking structure are noted concerns.

I booked through the Hotels by Day app, and the reservation worked perfectly. After arriving at Toronto Airport, we followed the signs to the public bus area (after baggage claim, go down one level and then up the escalator to the “Hotel Shuttle” area). A complimentary hotel van picked us up and took us directly to the hotel. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, both to and from the airport, which is very convenient. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and I was even able to extend my stay, which I truly appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was medium-sized, clean, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom had great water pressure. There were plenty of towels, as well as soap, shampoo, and lotion provided. The room also included a mini fridge with bottled water, plus tea and coffee. The temperature was comfortable, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. In front of the hotel there is a Keg restaurant if you want to eat something different. One downside was the sound insulation, it was easy to hear housekeeping working in the room next door, which affected the quietness. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided more information about its services in a brochure inside the room. Overall, I still recommend this hotel if you have a long layover in Toronto and need a comfortable place to rest is the perfect place.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the airport and ferried to and from with the shuttle service team we were made to feel welcome and accommodated by front desk reception. The cleaning team were top notch on the day to day upkeep of the rooms we stayed in and the bar and kitchen staff were all exceptional in service delivered each day. I will note the very nice atmosphere within the hotel and the other guests been friendly and polite (which is never in control of the hotel but always adds to the experience when positive). I don't have a bad word to say about our experience and if we come back to Toronto will make this our hotel of choice.

Best airport hotel experience I've ever had - little tricky getting luggage unloaded and into the lobby with their gate-pass system and no real loading area, but after that's done it's all a breeze. Beautiful, clean, and inviting lobby, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very well laid out and have absolutely everything you could possibly need. Parking garage was well-lit and felt quite secure - always saw a security vehicle either at the entrance or doing a sweep through the property. On-site restaurant is quite good - we went for happy hour and just stayed there for our dinner. Food was fresh and well prepared, and service was fantastic! The shuttle service is top notch too. Highly recommend this hotel for your next park and stay, I'll certainly be back next time I need to travel!

Booked two rooms at the Embassy Suites at Toronto Airport for my husband, myself, and my mother in law while visiting family for a birthday celebration. I arrived at 3:32pm, I was originally scheduled to arrive at 3:59pm. I arrived to terminal 3, walked out to arrivals area at 3:44 and several Hilton brand shuttles were there, none for Embassy Suites. So I called at about 3:52 to see where I could find one and the operator noted that they run at a quarter after the hour and a quarter before the next (so 15 after and 15 before). Fine. 4:20pm and still nothing so I call again and the operator whom I just spoke to answered and they gave me the same response. I noted that we had recently spoke about 3:52 and she said the same thing. I noted that I was calling for more specific info for instance, if there was an area to wait that was warmer. She stated, "Yeah you didn't talk to me but I'll try to talk to someone” and hung up. Naturally, I was irritated but tired and needing to rest. The shuttle arrives approximately 3-4 minutes after and I arrive at the hotel. I checked in with Sukh and Lan - not sure if they were the operators I spoke to and were subsequently hung up on. The room I chose was not ready and not available, then why is it on the map? I took a quick nap and went down to the restaurant where the day started to improve when I met Rita and the beautiful Hostess (whom’s name I fear I did not write down, but she was so KIND and from Sri Lanka). Both Rita and the Hostess were the saving grace on this trip. I was not at all impressed with the front desk staff. The next night I spent the day with family but returned to the restaurant to introduce my husband to Rita and the Hostess - I just wanted him to meet them given how wonderful they were. The final night, there was a company holiday party (late January which is odd but that’s fine) and the signage notes that room service is available since the restaurant would be closed. I returned from visiting family and wanted to grab a bite to eat. It was snowing quite a bit and I did not think walking or using a ride share to seek food was ideal. I asked the front desk if I could still order room service upon my 8pm return and was told, sure call the restaurant. I go up to my room and called the front desk to get connected to the restaurant and no answer. I called again about 30 minutes later and still no answer so I just went to bed and figured I would eat at the airport. Super unimpressed with the front desk staff and services, not reflective of the Hilton brand that I am loyal to and the only reason I would return is to experience the hospitality of Rita and the Hostess. Do better Embassy Suites.

We spent 5 hours at this hotel because we were there for an overnight connection, but it was one of the nicest Embassy Suites I've been to (and I have stayed in plenty of them around the world). The staff treated us so nicely from the very late check-in and the very early check-out - they gave us snacks and breakfast to go (the coffee was amazing!). Room was very clean and modern. Bedding and linen were top notch. The only regret was not staying for the actual breakfast, which I'm sure would have been amazing! Good job to the management of this hotel!

We have stayed here many times over the years for work trips and layovers, and it’s disappointing to see the experience decline with each visit. We checked in through the app and arrived around 3:30, only to be told our room wasn’t ready and were reassigned to a different room on the same floor. The rooms themselves are decent—spacious enough for a family, with comfortable beds. However, several issues stood out. The heater was extremely noisy, consistent with other reviews. The vents in both the room and hallways were visibly dirty, and you could feel dust circulating in the air. The shower leaked water onto the floor regardless of how careful we were, and the lack of a curved shower curtain rod made this worse. Noise was another major issue. Between loud arguments from neighboring rooms in the middle of the night and early-morning departures where kids were running and playing in the hallways, sleep was very limited. Breakfast buffet was good with an omelet bar. Good selection and friendly staff. Shuttle to the airport was clean and on time but the driver wasnt the most friendly fella. It’s still passable for a one-night stay, but given the downward trend, we’ll likely look for other options next time. Not what we expect in a Hilton Property.

I was honestly very pleasantly surprised when I entered the suite I had rented for one Saturday night. I knew a Hilton Hotel would be nice but the room was more spacious, ultramodern, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye than expected. It was actually a three-room suite. A big mistake some hotels make is when you first enter the doorway to your room you're in a tiny corridor leaving you feeling confined. Not this suite however. The open entryway led to a sitting room, bedroom, and full bathroom suite all of some size. One of the most comfortable hotel stays I've ever had. Due to proximity you'll hear airport noise although I was able to sleep through most of it.

We had the opportunity to return to this hotel after having delivered several workshops here a couple of years ago for a client. We immediately ran into the same warm, friendly and helpful service that had impressed us in the past. It turns an anonymous hotel experience into a great place to stay. The bedroom was clean and well appointed. Breakfast is included. I highly recommend this hotel, and it’s proximity to Pearson also makes it ideal for travellers.

A group of friends were traveling in Canada. On Dec 1st we stayed at Embassy suite by Hilton. It is a beautiful hotel . Every person we ran into was extremely nice, helpful in whatever we needed and the front desk was very polite and even upgraded our rooms. Thank you Embassy Suites. But in a special way, The Luggage Valet was Awesome!!!! We had 5 large suitcases and traveling bays ( there were 5 of us) so it took awhile to check in. Cliff loaded all our bags on a cart and stood politely waiting while we finished the check in. He politely answer the dozen question we had, took the time to take bags into our rooms, told us many things we could do while in Niagara. You should be proud of Cliff going above and beyond service to traveling guests. Here's to you Cliff thanks for some special adventures for us, and being so very accommodating . For one group of friends you all made our trip special while where stayed. . We certainly appreciate all the great works at this hotel.

Staff were very friendly Very clean and well maintained Breakfast above average. Would stay again. The only downside was they troll for tips at breakfast by giving you a zero amount bill with a space for a tip. Why not tips for the room attendant, laundry staff, shuttle operator and front counter staff? Why only restaurant staff? Where does it end. Pay a living wage and stop the trolling.
