I had a nightmare experience with this hotel. I had two separate back-to-back bookings (1+1 night). At check-in, the staff agreed to merge them so I wouldn't have to change rooms. I paid for the entire 2-night stay in full during the first transaction. The Billing Fraud: After returning home, I was charged again for the second night! When I emailed them with proof of payment, they shamelessly claimed I was a "No Show" for the night I actually slept in their bed. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate scam. The Room & Facilities: The stay itself was far from pleasant. Room Lighting: The room was incredibly dark and creepy. There wasn't enough lighting to even feel comfortable or see clearly. Water Quality: This was the worst part. The water from the refill station smelled horrible. It was so foul and unsanitary that I didn't dare drink it and had to go out to buy bottled water myself. Conclusion: Save your money and your health. This hotel has poor management, questionable hygiene, and dishonest billing practices. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Had a great one night stay here! Price was reasonable and was close to many different restaurants. Room was spacious, modern and clean. The only issue was checking in took a while with only 1 person at 4 pm on a Saturday. Even when we tried to call down for assistance there was no response, likely due to the business and lack of staff available. Overall, a good stay and we will likely be back again

Never would I ever stay at this hotel again. I gave this hotel two chances, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time I stayed, the WiFi did not work in my room. Strangely, it worked perfectly fine by the elevators, just not inside the room itself. I complained because I had an important online meeting and ended up having to use my phone hotspot. Nothing was done to resolve it. This past weekend (Friday–Sunday) was even worse. Friday night seemed okay at first, but housekeeping was unacceptable.. the toilet had visible stains that I had to point out to a housekeeper myself to be removed which she gladly did for us. Saturday night (Valentine’s Day), there was a party on the main floor that went until 1:30 AM. My room was on the 3rd floor and I could hear everything. The music was so loud my bed was literally shaking. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I had to physically go downstairs past midnight with a headache just to speak to someone. The only solution offered was moving us to the 7th floor where I could STILL hear the music (though slightly less). No assistance was offered to help us move rooms at that hour. The next morning, I addressed the situation and asked how they planned to compensate guests spending $400 for two nights under these conditions. The response? A “care package” consisting of a bottle of water and a bag of chips. Completely unacceptable service, lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and zero accountability. I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone..including my employer.

This was a great place to stay after our flight was canceled and we needed a place to stay at midnight. The staff upgraded our family to a spacious suite so that our kids could sleep more comfortably, and when I mentioned that our checked bags were being held by the airlines overnight they gave us a free toothbrush & toothpaste. They really went above and beyond for us and made a crappy travel situation significantly better. We’re very appreciative to the staff.

Josie was absolutely amazing!! We are a Delta crew and she was so sweet. She took amazing care of all of us. My food was so good! I had the Butter Tofu! Extra spicy! It was spectacular!

Stayed at this hotel for business purposes. Went down to the restaurant and Josie was my server. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and all-around gave great service. Take advantage of the happy hour if you can. It’s a great deal.?

The hotel overall was "okay" While the amenities are good. My room lacked essentials such as working lights and heat that worked correctly. The room size was a bit on the small side and I wasnt able to put my suitcase in the closet and the wifi was very work when it wanted to. It is a nice get away from the city and not to far away from the mall.

My daughter is currently studying at Humber College, and after a truly disappointing experience at another local hotel, we were a little nervous about booking again. However, our stay at Crown Plaza was an absolute delight and a pleasant surprise! ?From the moment we walked through the doors, the atmosphere was wonderful. The lobby had a noticeable clean and fresh scent, which instantly set a positive tone for our visit. ?The staff was incredibly welcoming—everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. It truly makes a difference when you feel genuinely looked after. ?Our room was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. It was a fantastic base for us while visiting my daughter. ?If you are visiting a student at Humber College or just need a great place to stay in the area, I highly recommend Crown Plaza, We will definitely be back!

I booked this for some non native English speaking relatives who were travelling and the process and everything was seamless and better than expected. I made contact with the hotel before to confirm shuttle arrangements from YYZ and they were very responsive and provided clear instructions that were easy for my relatives to find. The shuttle was regular and transportation was comfortable. I paid in full for the room but their credit card would not process for the security deposit but the front desk was very helpful and provided alternatives. Kudos and thanks to Thomas who was at the front desk that night!!! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and shuttle to the airport for an early flight was on time and luggage and everything was easily transported with ease. This more than exceeds expectations for an airport hotel with easy to/fro to the the airport and further being trustworthy enough to ensure guests are taken care of.

I had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel! The highlight of my visit was definitely The Cannery Restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm, and the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Mark and Victoria — they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made my dining experience unforgettable. Their genuine hospitality is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend both the hotel and The Cannery Restaurant! ??
