It’s a fine hotel. The rooms were really nice, clean, and well-presented. The double room had mood lighting and a nice, large TV. The view wasn’t so nice though since my room was facing the street, and depicted Toronto’s industrial side. Still, I did see some planes go by whilst waking up so that was nice. The AC was absolutely wonderful. The thermostat was responsive and the AC was also right beside the bed so the cool or warm breeze is just splendid. Location is all right. There is a Boston Pizza nearby plus other restaurants. But downtown is gonna be a bus ride to Lawrence West and then a train ride all the way to the downtown core. Also, the bus stop is not adjacent to the hotel. But this is primarily an airport hotel and is close to some conference centres, so it’s more business oriented than tourist oriented.

I had an issue during a stay last year, and the manager on duty, Anas B, went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about the guest experience. Their prompt response and commitment to customer service left a lasting impression on me, and it’s the reason I will continue to choose this hotel over any other.

I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza for Anime North a few times over the years and it has always been a great experience. Solid home base for the convention, and I've had no problems at all. This year, however, I accidentally booked a room with a freight train. I'm writing this at 3am, so I'll let that speak for itself. The hotel is not at fault for this in any way. The gentleman at the front desk absolutely saved my night. He responded with genuine kindness and understanding, and produced a pair of earplugs that are currently the most important objects in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Fantastic Airport Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. It is the perfect choice if you need somewhere close to the airport. • Location & Shuttle: It is incredibly close to the terminal, and the complimentary airport shuttle was prompt, efficient, and stress-free. • The Rooms: The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, offering plenty of space to unwind. Exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, welcoming, and professional from check-in to check-out. Bottom line: Great rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommended! I don’t want to forget the very good service at the breakfast buffet. ?

We had an amazing dinner last night at The Cannery Kitchen & Social, and the experience was even better because of Ginny’s outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening. Her positive attitude, excellent communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. She handled everything with great care and professionalism, which made our dining experience memorable and enjoyable. Staff members like Ginny are a great asset to the restaurant. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again!

I had a nightmare experience with this hotel. I had two separate back-to-back bookings (1+1 night). At check-in, the staff agreed to merge them so I wouldn't have to change rooms. I paid for the entire 2-night stay in full during the first transaction. The Billing Fraud: After returning home, I was charged again for the second night! When I emailed them with proof of payment, they shamelessly claimed I was a "No Show" for the night I actually slept in their bed. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate scam. The Room & Facilities: The stay itself was far from pleasant. Room Lighting: The room was incredibly dark and creepy. There wasn't enough lighting to even feel comfortable or see clearly. Water Quality: This was the worst part. The water from the refill station smelled horrible. It was so foul and unsanitary that I didn't dare drink it and had to go out to buy bottled water myself. Conclusion: Save your money and your health. This hotel has poor management, questionable hygiene, and dishonest billing practices. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Had a great one night stay here! Price was reasonable and was close to many different restaurants. Room was spacious, modern and clean. The only issue was checking in took a while with only 1 person at 4 pm on a Saturday. Even when we tried to call down for assistance there was no response, likely due to the business and lack of staff available. Overall, a good stay and we will likely be back again

Never would I ever stay at this hotel again. I gave this hotel two chances, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time I stayed, the WiFi did not work in my room. Strangely, it worked perfectly fine by the elevators, just not inside the room itself. I complained because I had an important online meeting and ended up having to use my phone hotspot. Nothing was done to resolve it. This past weekend (Friday–Sunday) was even worse. Friday night seemed okay at first, but housekeeping was unacceptable.. the toilet had visible stains that I had to point out to a housekeeper myself to be removed which she gladly did for us. Saturday night (Valentine’s Day), there was a party on the main floor that went until 1:30 AM. My room was on the 3rd floor and I could hear everything. The music was so loud my bed was literally shaking. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I had to physically go downstairs past midnight with a headache just to speak to someone. The only solution offered was moving us to the 7th floor where I could STILL hear the music (though slightly less). No assistance was offered to help us move rooms at that hour. The next morning, I addressed the situation and asked how they planned to compensate guests spending $400 for two nights under these conditions. The response? A “care package” consisting of a bottle of water and a bag of chips. Completely unacceptable service, lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and zero accountability. I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone..including my employer.

This was a great place to stay after our flight was canceled and we needed a place to stay at midnight. The staff upgraded our family to a spacious suite so that our kids could sleep more comfortably, and when I mentioned that our checked bags were being held by the airlines overnight they gave us a free toothbrush & toothpaste. They really went above and beyond for us and made a crappy travel situation significantly better. We’re very appreciative to the staff.

Josie was absolutely amazing!! We are a Delta crew and she was so sweet. She took amazing care of all of us. My food was so good! I had the Butter Tofu! Extra spicy! It was spectacular!
