Thank you so much Nathan and Ken. This hotel goes above and beyond. My over all whole experience was amazing. From the view, to the staff, to the amenities. This is probably the best hotel to stay at in Toronto. They pay attention to detail. Thank you so much for all that you've done. I appreciate a place that cares about guests. From check in, to check out phenomenal.

were there twice in two weeks. once with our group bus-tour, once just our family. first time was fine (two rooms with a nice view from the ?17th floor) but the second time was a totally different experience. we had a single double bedroom booked for four people, but received two rooms with each a single bed instead. we wanted to switch rooms, but had to spend a night in the two bedrooms to check out in the afternoon and check back in into (finally) the double bedroom.. on the 5th floor with a view to the backyard. the room itself was clean, but the bathtub’s lining was damaged and the sink didnt work properly.. other than that, the food in the bar was unusual (who serves a scotch egg??) but good (once one found something edible on the menu). breakfast had a nice amount of options available. location is top tier for shopping, just 10 mins away from the eaton center. a bit further for museums (?25 mins). i‘d go there again, just next time make sure to book the room floor and the view beforehand.

I recently stayed at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto for one night during a business trip, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. I also had the opportunity to try the newly renovated tavern, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the service was just as impressive. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, with something for everyone. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the 26th floor, where you’ll find the pool, hot tub, and outdoor terrace. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and unwind after a busy day. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would happily recommend the Chelsea Hotel Toronto to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

Update decor, very clean, quiet rooms with fantastic water pressure. Busy lobby with helpful staff. Tavern has very limited food flavors, mostly spicy. To go shop had good food options. Elevators very fast! Rooftop, indoor pool is lovely!!! Great location.

We checked in without an issue and went to our room. It was hot outside. We couldn’t seem to get the AC to work but we met the housekeeping manager Ian and he was very helpful. Explained how to adjust the fan speed so our room would be cold after our walk. He even gave us extra water to put in our fridge. Our room was cleaned by John who was friendly too. The hotel is in a great location downtown, easy to visit the malls.

Stayed one night as our flight from Portugal to Toronto came in late. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was older, could use updating. Breakfast was included and it was buffet style with hot and cold options. Very good. Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Chelsea Hotel is a wonderful hotel with excellent rooms, and is situated in a spectacular location downtown. It is in very close proximity to Sankofa square at Yonge and Dundas, and the Eaton Centre shopping mall. The only critique I can make is that the bathroom door lock wasn’t working properly, though it wasn’t a major issue in my opinion. Highly recommended this hotel for its amazing views and its easy access to shops, business, and restaurants in the area.

Stayed for one night on Family Day Weekend with my kids and they had a blast! From the pool to the playplace to the lounge all of their new amenities are great. We also opted in for the add-ons of a pizza making class and their Tea Time Princess Breakfast - both were so much fun. Would recommend!

The best part about the Chelsea is it's prime location in downtown. Service is consistently good and friendly. The rooms, however, have dropped in quality pretty significantly. On our latest visit, the bathroom was not well cleaned (hair and mold left in the shower), the bed was not peoperly made (sheets not fully on the bed), and the room showed pretty significant wear. Given the price point, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel was easy find to get to. The parking access can be a little tight for trucks but we got in there fine with our F150. We spent the weekend watching a Jays game, shopping at the Eaton Center, and checking out the ROM. All of which were within walking distance even with kids. Our rooms were comfortable clean and quiet- no complaints at all. We were able to just see the CN Tower from our balcony which was nice. We only spent the night so we didnt get a chance to see much else of what the hotel had to offer. Check in and check out were pretty quick and efficient. I would definitely bring the family back for our next overnight in town.
