My stay at the Shangri-La Toronto was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff consistently provided exceptional service and made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. My room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, with luxurious finishes and a very comfortable bed. Every detail reflected the high standards that Shangri-La is known for. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto while enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat at the end of the day. What impressed me most was the level of care and attention provided by the team. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and personalized. They provide pillow options and weighted blankets and even specialty bath products. This was truly a five-star experience, and I would highly recommend the Shangri-La Toronto to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La Toronto. The hotel has a very elegant and relaxing atmosphere with top-quality service from the moment you enter. Rooms were luxurious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Staff was polite, attentive, and made the stay feel special. The location is also perfect and everything about the experience felt premium. Definitely a great place to stay in Toronto.

Simply exceptional. This was our first time staying at a Shangri-La property and wow, were we impressed. Booked through Amex Fine Hotels and we were treated amazingly from the moment we stepped in. We also celebrated our anniversary and they went above and beyond to celebrate us with a thoughtful gift. The spa service and health centre were excellent, although the pool was closed while we stayed there (they offered guests to go to the Hilton to make up for it). The food and service at Bosk and the Lobby Lounge were excellent. Every staff member made an effort to make personal connections with us and we felt a sense of warmth and so welcomed. First time staying but will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Dear Management team, I am writing to share my recent experience at Shangri-la Toronto during the Cathy Pacific inspired high tea on March 29, which I attended to celebrate a friend's birthday. while the ambiance was elegant and enjoyable-with live piano music and seating near the firepalce-the quality of the food was deeply disappointing and did not meet the expecatations associated with your establishment. The steamed items were served cold upon arrival. After bring this to the attention of staff and return the items, it was send back still bold, not even lukewarm. This reaised concerns about the freshness and handling of the dim sum food. I was further surprised to be informed that these items were not intended to be eaten hot. Additionally, the scones were excessively dry and crumbly, detracting from what should have been a highlight of the high tea experience. Under different circumstances, I would have returned the entire tower of food. However, I chose not to disrupt my friend's birthday celebration. Give the reputation of Shangri-La Toront as a 5 star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of food quality and preparation. My portion of the bill exceeded $200, which I found difficult to justify in light of the experience. I felt it was important to share this feedback. I hope it will be taken constructively to improve and maintain the standards yur guest expect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

What a truly Wonderful experience I had at the Shangri-La Toronto. From the moment you step in, you are treated like royalty, the service is out of this world. The rooms are so beautifully designed with High-tech equipment, making it a seamless and flawless experience every moment. The dining is out of this world, and the in room dining was truly magnificent. The staff make personal relationships with their guests and truly make the entire experience memorable. I already booked my next stay! A special thank you to Dominieco from front desk, Elizabeth the leader of housekeeping, and Anjelica from the health club! 20/10 experience! Highly highly recommend!

Very nice luxury hotel. From the moment you arrive at the valet parking, to the front door staff to the check in desk you will be impressed. Check in is simple and you are off to your room. The gym and pool on floor 5 are amazing. This hotel is kid friendly and the staff know how to make their stay just as pleasant as the adults. I would stay here again

First time staying at a Shangri-La property, and we were very impressed with the service. The hotel is well maintained and conveniently located, with excellent walkability to attractions such as Little Canada, the Aquarium, the CN Tower, and nearby shopping malls—even in early January weather. There is even a grocery store across street that we could go and buy fresh fruits and quick snacks. The staff are exceptionally well trained across the board, from the front desk and concierge to housekeeping and restaurant staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and overall we had a great stay.

The Shangri-La Toronto is an amazing hotel. We spent Christmas there and it was just super lovely. Every interaction with staff was 5* - every.single.time. Rooms were clean and spacious. Gorgeous bathrooms - the spa looked amazing (we didnt have the chance to book anything) and the pool area was lovely. I would have appreciated a “child free” time in the pool - but it was Christmas after all - so everyone was at the hotel for a lovely time. The only “ding” I’m giving the rooms is for the pillows. Not great pillows. I did call to request some additional pillows from the pillow menu - but only 1 arrived - the others were all being used. (So i think that may be worth looking at). Food was excellent at Bosk. And the cocktails were amazing. We did not have Tea in the lobby - but it looked lovely. Next time we are in Toronto - I will definitely book it. Great stay. The option to reserve a cabana ahead of time is a great touch and ensures a relaxed, stress-free experience. The lobby lounge was absolutely delightful, with live music creating a perfect atmosphere. The food was outstanding — especially the sliders, which were genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. From start to finish, the Shangri-La delivered a luxury experience that felt personal and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.
