Very pleasant two night stay. The staff greeting was excellent. Food and drinks at the Consort Bar were great. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location with easy access to the downtown Toronto area. Departure was very smooth with great help to get a cab and assisted with bags and helping my wife into the vehicle. Only downside was the internet wifi was difficult to connect and stay connected. Some tv channels were lacking signal thus unable to watch certain channels. Overall great experience and would visit again.

The only hotel we stay at in Toronto. Excellent location downtown by the financial district. Nicely furnished rooms with a modern touch. Great food on-site at Victoria's and the Consort Bar (with a special shout-out to Kenny for always providing the most friendly and attentive service you'll get in the city). Without a doubt, the first hotel I recommend in Toronto for friends.

We just completed a long weekend celebrating my son’s 50th Birthday at the King Edward. It is hard to summarize what a fabulous time our family had at this great place. It is an elegant beautiful facility staffed by many kind and helpful staff. It is perfectly located to provide easy access to many of Toronto’s great venues. Cameron our concierge and Yong mei(sp?) were particularly helpful. This organization is the very definition of what great hospitality can be!

If you're looking for a vacation spot that truly feels like a royal experience, this is definitely the place to go! The location is conveniently close to the downtown area, and they offer all the royal and luxurious facilities you could ever desire. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and serene. Plus, the food was absolutely fantastic. You really feel like you're living the royal life while you're there!

Our stay at the Omni King Edward Hotel in Toronto was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. We loved being within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and entertainment, which made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to any questions we had during our visit, they always went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. The amenities were excellent, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out was the quality of the room linens — the towels were fresh, soft, and lots of them ! and the bedsheets were incredibly clean, comfortable, and luxurious, making for a very relaxing and restful sleep. Everything about our stay felt high-quality and thoughtfully done. A special thank you to Maddy and Jake for consistently going above and beyond to make sure not only I, but everyone around me, felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. That level of service is becoming harder and harder to find. I also want to recognize the security team. They were professional, approachable, and always had a positive attitude. It’s clear there is a strong culture of customer care throughout this property. Hopefully the efforts of Maddy, Jake, and the entire team do not go unnoticed. An absolutely exquisite stay at the Omni King Edward Hotel. The downtown location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy the city while still feeling tucked into a refined, classic luxury experience. I had an absolutely amazing experience celebrating my 65th milestone birthday from February 13th to 14th at the Omni King Edward Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the guest service agent,was incredibly friendly and informative about the hotel’s restaurants and facilities. Her warm welcome immediately made us feel special and well taken care of. To make my birthday even more memorable, the hotel graciously upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious, and immaculate suite. The room was very clean,smells fresh & beautiful!!!When I entered the room, I was truly impressed by the thoughtful surprises waiting for me a delicious cake, a bottle of wine, and a personalized poem. These personal touches meant so much and made the celebration extra special. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional hospitality from everyone at the hotel. From the front desk team to housekeeping, the managers, and every staff member we encountered, everyone was genuinely friendly, warm, and accommodating.Each person we met contributed to making our stay feel welcoming and truly amazing. My entire experience at the Omni King Edward Hotel was outstanding. Excellent staff. Well trained and professional 5 star service. John the Valet was Amazing. Omar our porter was great. Maddy was very welcoming. Front desk staff were very helpful and the bar tender was super! Warm, upscale atmosphere but not stuffy! Beds were SUPER comfortable.
