I loved my stay at the Hilton Toronto. The hotel is very well located in the heart of downtown, with many attractions within walking distance. The mall is also just a short walk away. As a Hilton Diamond member, I thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the executive lounge. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Ryle, who made our stay especially enjoyable with his warm smile and outstanding service. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to in the future. Highly recommended!

Hi! Another great stay at the Hilton downtown on Richmond. I am always warmly welcomed when I stay there and treated very well, with my diamond status recognized and appreciated. This time my stay was for a celebration for a family members birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Wonderful upgrades, top notch service and even cake, cookies and a card. A special thank you to Meenakshi Bali who always takes the time to check in on me before I arrive and ensure my stay is always fantastic. Thank you to the entire staff!!

We had a really good experience overall at the Hilton! Our room was incredible, the view was absolutely amazing, and the location was perfect. While the front lobby staff felt a bit short/abrupt when we needed assistance, the rest of the hotel staff we encountered throughout our stay were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hilton Toronto. I reached out in advance to ask if they could help decorate our room for my boyfriend’s Valentine’s Day and birthday celebration, and they truly went above and beyond. Check-in was easy and smooth. The baggage attendant was incredibly kind, taking care of my luggage and even making sure I received all my Uber deliveries quickly so everything could be ready on time. That level of attentiveness really helped make the day perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive our room early — and I never expected we would have a room facing the beautiful CN Tower. The view made the entire experience even more special and romantic. The concierge delivered the cake, but what truly amazed me was that they prepared not just one, but two cakes — one for Valentine’s Day and one for his birthday — along with a sweet card, lovely decorations, and even a box of macarons. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged and made the celebration feel unforgettable. The front desk team was also so accommodating, kindly lending me tape and scissors while I was finishing the decorations. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A very special thank you to Anastasiia for planning everything and making this celebration so incredibly special. Your effort, care, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We are so grateful and will definitely be back!

Everything about the stay was great. This may also be the cleanest Hilton I've ever stayed in. The room was well appointed with a small fridge and coffee maker (not a Keurig, which is always nice). The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was better than expected and included plenty of fresh hot foods and a more Continental selection. The restaurant staff were excellent and provided us some thoughtful recommendations for our visit. The Front Desk team was very helpful during check-in and when we needed to print some documents. The Bell Desk team was fantastic and a special shout out to Jacob who coordinated our transportation to the airport, provided some great recommendations for our visit and remembered us each time we saw him. The location is close to all the touristy stuff and near the U of T and plenty of great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, good stay at the Hilton Toronto. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around downtown, and the hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything needed for a business or leisure trip. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and organized. A couple areas could be improved. Breakfast selection could be stronger — as a Gold member, I would expect eggs to be included or more hot options available. Also, the elevators can take quite a long time during peak hours, which can be frustrating when you’re on a schedule.

Spent two nights here recently and last year as well. Nice clean hotel, rooms are nice and spacious. The carpet feels a bit weird on your feet otherwise a great stay. Our second time around we had a room directly beside the elevators, they were noisy, reception was very helpful in changing the room for us after we voiced our concerns. The heated pool is nice but could be warmer The gym is great, up to date equipment and towels are a nice added touch.

Dear Hilton Hotel Toronto, We had a wonderful stay at your hotel during Christmas. Dec. 23-26th 2025. This is our 2nd Christmas staying with you all. From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding—excellent, helpful, kind, and incredibly considerate. Every interaction felt thoughtful and welcoming, which really made the holiday stay feel special. Thank you so much Mr. Sarfaraz and Ms. Bali, and all front desk staff, and concierge staff. The hotel was immaculate and clean and just beaming with joy with all the beautiful Christmas decor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and immaculate. Excellent Excellent Excellent The breakfast service at the restaurant was equally impressive. The Frenchie restaurant fresh baked croissants and cappucino are outstanding. (The buffet food could be refilled faster, it takes a while to get refilled) The waiter staff, most notably Mr. Ali was attentive, friendly, and very detail-oriented—they noticed everything and made sure nothing was missed. Their care and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Hilton Toronto is the best hotel that I have lived. Front desk is very courteous and helpful. Which I informed before I checked in on Dec 23 that I might be check in late. They didn’t have any unprofessional attitude and they were very polite by saying “Thanks for letting us know” Check in is very quick and efficient after a 37 hours train/bus/train trip. And they have worlds nicest elevator and it is very fast. Inside the elevator you can see the whole University Ave and also the whole Richmond St. Didn’t bother trying their food but the lounges/restaurant that they have is a popular spot to be. I also like the fact that you can control the TV through your phone which is nice and modern. I sadly missed their standard room selection a little bit but the hotel is being able to provide me for a room on the 21st floor. And the only suggestion that I think Hilton Toronto or the whole Hilton brand should consider to possibly change or add a policy about incidental deposit also can charged on a different payment method rather than only credit card. (Which some of the Marriott hotels do accepts room rate and deposit charges all on a debit card). But overall it is the best Modern hotel that I lived so far with Hilton but sadly after this one I didn’t plan to return until the next visit to Toronto since I gonna get the credit card sorted out as soon as after holidays. But overall the staff at Hilton Toronto is very very good and helpful. P.S: bonus point about you can just text them to inquire your inquiries too.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Boston, Massachusetts, and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire property was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and far better than what you usually expect from a hotel. Every meal was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my visit. I want to give special recognition to Ambassador Kevin, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a big difference in my stay. He truly deserves top marks. Overall, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
