The hotel was very clean but I definitely recommend another hotel as coffee is not available until after 7. Coffee is provided in the room if you drink it black. The airport shuttle is under serviced and leads to delays. Luckily our flight was delayed but if your booking a flight out of Pearson there are better options.
We had booked a room in order to park our car while away. When we arrived we were informed that the parking lot was full and we would NOT be able to park there. We had to fine parking elsewhere. The room were in was nice, very quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
Since my flight got cancelled, I got a hotel voucher from the airline and I chose Holiday Inn because of the convenient distance to the airport. Upon arrival, the front desk/receptionist, Nadine was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcomed and first impression of the service was 10 out of 10. She signed me up for the IHG one rewards card, and gave tips on how to collect points immediately that can be used towards a meal at the restaurant during my stay since I got in hungry.
Been here twice. Rooms are always clean and staff always available at the front desk. Beds are comfortable. Note that breakfast is at 7am which I do think is quite late for an airport hotel. Regardless, I would stay here again - given the affordability, quality of rooms and amenities.
We will definitely stay here again for any travel out of the Pearson Airport in Toronto. Rooms were great and excellent service was provided by Vishal and Omar at the front desk. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very much appreciated. Our flight back to Toronto was delayed and it was not a problem parking our vehicle the extra day. Absolutely no worries! I can't say enough about how great the staff were to accommodate all of us for our family vacation. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit challenging, however, the service, rooms, parking for a week, and shuttle service were wonderful! We will stay here again.

They were so helpful and helping me fix the mistake and getting me checked in and to my room as quickly as possible! Thanks so much both
I have stayed at many hotels over the past several years, and unfortunately this has been one of my most frustrating experiences. The rooms do not include microwaves, nor is there a common microwave available for guest use. As someone with food allergies who regularly travels with three children playing competitive hockey, I rely on being able to heat my own meals. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told a microwave could be provided for an additional $20 per day, which felt unreasonable. Our group was also disappointed by the lack of gathering space for the team. Despite being here with a large group for a hockey tournament, the hotel would only offer a meeting room at a cost of $400, and required us to use their catering service. There is no lobby or common area where parents can sit together, which is something most hotels are usually accommodating about after hours. The layout of the building is also inconvenient. The elevators are located at the back of the hotel, requiring a long walk to reach them and then another long walk from the elevator to our room on the second floor. Additionally, while I understand that airport hotels often deal with noise, the constant sound of planes overhead made it difficult to sleep. Overall, this hotel did not meet the needs of our group, and several of its policies and design choices made our stay more challenging than expected.
Stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent staff were quick to respond, always answered the phone, and were very helpful. The free shuttle service saved us money and made transportation easy. The room was clean and modern. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
Stayed here because my flight got cancelled and the airline set us up with a room. Pros: soft bed (very soft), the bathroom was recently upgraded, nice spacious layout, the gym had pretty good equipment, TV was nice and new. And the restaurant food was very good. 6-10 minute ride to the airport. Most staff were very nice and helpful. Cons: carpet was old and stained in multiple places upon inspection, there was a stain under one of the beds as well. Fridge didn’t work. Walls were pretty thin so you got to hear all the sounds of kids running down the hall and also the swoosh of planes above (but considering that it’s near the airport, this was expected). One of the staff was extremely curt and rude with others on the same cancelled flight as us. We’re sorry our flight got cancelled and we have questions about our stay? The rest were quite nice though.
I had a two day conference here. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food that they provided for the conference was mouth watering delicious. The rooms and the hotel is very clean and smells fresh and well presented. I loved my stay and had no issues. The only downside is that they were fixing the parking and there was noise and dust from that and you had to enter the hotel via the resturant on site but I can understand they are trying to upgrade their facility. I would say it's a good choice to stay here.
