Had a great stay at this Hyatt! As a World of Hyatt Explorist, I’ve stayed at quite a few Hyatt properties, and this hotel really stood out. The check-in experience was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming—honestly better than some higher-end Hyatt properties I’ve visited. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the entire property feels new and well maintained. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting. Parking does come with a fee, but the front desk noticed that I had booked my stay with Hyatt points and proactively offered me a guest parking pass at no charge. That thoughtful gesture made me feel like my loyalty as a Hyatt member was truly appreciated. Breakfast was fairly standard for a Hyatt Place, but the dining area was bright, comfortable, and a pleasant place to start the day. If I’m flying into Toronto again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!

The restaurant staff member, Roy, is a fantastic ambassador for customer service. He went above and beyond to help me get two pairs of chopsticks and was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional throughout. The front desk team was also warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Sophia, who promptly issued me a new room key after I accidentally left my original one behind. Overall, this is an excellent new hotel with an outstanding team of staff who truly care about their guests. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return on my next visit.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Toronto Airport. The breakfast staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Jeran does an excellent job making sure the food is hot, fresh, and well stocked. She also keeps the breakfast area clean and welcoming. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made each morning enjoyable. Great service and a great overall experience!

Went for the convention at the congress centre. staff was very helpful, and gracias. Room was very clean upon arrival, and the food/drinks were delicious. Got to chat with the bartender at the time in between his work and answer questions he had about the convention that was happening, it was a very enjoyable conversation with the man. It was nice too be able to talk to the higher end staff about how our experience was for the convention, face to face rather than just online. We will definitely be returning when we are ever in the area again, and especially during convention time.

?????????? An Outstanding Stay From Start to Finish After a 10-day stay, I can honestly say I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this hotel. Every aspect of the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The morning staff, chef, and manager all deserve special recognition as well—you can tell there’s pride and care in everything they do. The facilities were spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping was impeccable throughout my stay, with rooms consistently clean and refreshed. The hotel is also very centrally located, which made getting around Toronto easy and convenient. The pool was warm, inviting, and incredibly clean—clearly well cared for. Breakfast each morning was excellent and far exceeded expectations: proper fluffy scrambled eggs, made-to-order omelets, real bacon and sausage (not the usual disappointing hotel versions), and large bowls of fresh-cut fruit. Everything was fresh, hot, and thoughtfully prepared. This hotel is a credit to its ownership and management team. Kudos to everyone involved for delivering such a consistently high level of service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
