The beds are comfy, breakfast was great. The service was great, only thing I will comment on is how dirty the floors were in the room. After about an hour being there I noticed my kids white socks had turned black on the bottom. The floors in the room were laminate. Also there is a Chuck's Roadhouse located out front which is very convenient for dinner. Also lots of parking and it's outdoor, if you have a large truck you don't have to worry about fitting in a parking garage.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and has free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport. My room was clean, outlets worked and the bed was super cozy. The staff were great and the breakfast choices were sufficient. They also had a station to buy food, drinks and personal care items if needed. There is a restaurant within the hotel that serves good food and drinks. And their staff was friendly too. Overall great Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel to Toronto is a bit far, but you can take public transportation, Uber, Lyft or taxis service to get there. The hotels in downtown Toronto are pretty pricey so this was a great cost efficient alternative!

Really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel delivered on every front. ?The only niggle was that the website could have provided more info on how the free shuttle works. Once you are out of the airport, head to door F. Keep an eye out for a bus with both the Sparks and Holiday Inn Express logos, as it stops at both. The drivers were lovely and super helpful with my bags. ?The room (304) was modern, spotless, and spacious, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I actually loved watching the planes come in, though if you are a light sleeper, you might hear them starting around 6 am. I loved that they had both TSN and FOX channels for all the World Cup games. ?The staff were fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and they even let me check out a little late to accommodate my afternoon flight. The continental breakfast was substantial with a good variety of bagels, juices, cereals, fruits, and they even had oat milk. I enjoyed the 24/7 hot drinks station with hot water, coffee and tea. I also loved being able to walk over to Chuck’s restaurant for the World Cup games. The service was great and the ribs were excellent. ?I would definitely stay here again!

I am disappointed with how this hotel handled my reservation and the lack of consistency in its customer service. Since the week of May 25, I have been staying at this property regularly for business, typically for a week every other week, and my company has a block of rooms booked at the hotel. When my plans changed, I spoke with the front desk about checking out early. Although it was already past the normal checkout time, the employee advised that an exception could be made and proceeded to check me out that evening without penalty. I also asked whether the remaining portion of my stay could be moved to a later date, and I was told that would be accommodated as well. After the employee left for the day, however, management reversed those decisions. I was informed that I would be charged for an additional night because the hotel could not resell the room. I found this explanation difficult to understand, given that it was already past the normal checkout time when the exception was granted and my checkout had already been processed. The only resolution offered was a reduced rate for the additional night. While I appreciate that some accommodation was eventually offered, it did not change the fact that I had relied on the information provided by hotel staff and made my plans accordingly. What concerns me most is that a commitment made by a hotel employee was later overturned after I had already been checked out. If the employee did not have the authority to approve an early departure or reschedule the stay, that should have been addressed before I was told it was approved. As a repeat business guest whose company regularly books rooms at this property, I expected clearer communication and better coordination between staff and management. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence that commitments made to guests will be honoured.

I saw all of the negative reviews so was a bit worried, but it seems the hotel was completely renovated (renamed possibly as well?) but it was great for a 1 night stay. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay for a hotel. The hotel is connected to Chuck's, so we were able to get a late night bite onsite.

I cannot say enough great things about Hetshah, the manager at Sparks Hotel. From the moment I arrived, he went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made my stay exceptional. Hetshah handles everything with such care and attention to detail, always making guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. It’s rare to come across a manager who is this committed, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about providing outstanding service. Any questions or concerns were handled immediately with patience and professionalism. Because of Hetshah, my experience at Sparks Hotel was absolutely amazing. He is a huge asset to the hotel and sets the standard for what hospitality should look like. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend staying here thanks to his incredible service!

Tino at Spark by Hilton Toronto Airport is honestly one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond to help with every request and made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. His customer service, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly stand out. Staff like Tino are the reason guests come back. Huge thanks to him for making the experience exceptional — definitely the best of the best!

I have used this hotel 4 (soon to be 5) times over winter 2025/2026 and am continuously pleased with it. The recent renovations of the older property make for a perfect airport stay. They offer very competitive pricing, the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable in the well appointed rooms, the shuttle service is very convenient, and the staff have always been so helpful under many different circumstances I’ve had while dealing with flights in/out of YYZ. I highly recommend Spark by Hilton and will return whenever I am in the area

My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Due to a flight cancellation, I had to book a room last minute, and the entire process-from check-in to check-out—was smooth and hassle-free. They also offer convenient shuttle service, which made everything even easier. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a large window that made it feel bright and comfortable. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. Complimentary breakfast was included, and it was surprisingly good. The hotel is very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, which is perfect for travelers. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were professional and communicated clearly. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Shuttles were very close to being on time and both drivers were extremely polite and helped with luggage. Check-in was smooth considering there were 4 or 5 people arriving by shuttle at the same time. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was busy in the morning although we didn't have time it looked to have a good selection. Would definitely stay again.
