I saw all of the negative reviews so was a bit worried, but it seems the hotel was completely renovated (renamed possibly as well?) but it was great for a 1 night stay. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay for a hotel. The hotel is connected to Chuck's, so we were able to get a late night bite onsite.

I cannot say enough great things about Hetshah, the manager at Sparks Hotel. From the moment I arrived, he went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made my stay exceptional. Hetshah handles everything with such care and attention to detail, always making guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. It’s rare to come across a manager who is this committed, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about providing outstanding service. Any questions or concerns were handled immediately with patience and professionalism. Because of Hetshah, my experience at Sparks Hotel was absolutely amazing. He is a huge asset to the hotel and sets the standard for what hospitality should look like. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend staying here thanks to his incredible service!

Tino at Spark by Hilton Toronto Airport is honestly one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond to help with every request and made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. His customer service, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly stand out. Staff like Tino are the reason guests come back. Huge thanks to him for making the experience exceptional — definitely the best of the best!

I have used this hotel 4 (soon to be 5) times over winter 2025/2026 and am continuously pleased with it. The recent renovations of the older property make for a perfect airport stay. They offer very competitive pricing, the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable in the well appointed rooms, the shuttle service is very convenient, and the staff have always been so helpful under many different circumstances I’ve had while dealing with flights in/out of YYZ. I highly recommend Spark by Hilton and will return whenever I am in the area

My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Due to a flight cancellation, I had to book a room last minute, and the entire process-from check-in to check-out—was smooth and hassle-free. They also offer convenient shuttle service, which made everything even easier. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a large window that made it feel bright and comfortable. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. Complimentary breakfast was included, and it was surprisingly good. The hotel is very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, which is perfect for travelers. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were professional and communicated clearly. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Shuttles were very close to being on time and both drivers were extremely polite and helped with luggage. Check-in was smooth considering there were 4 or 5 people arriving by shuttle at the same time. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was busy in the morning although we didn't have time it looked to have a good selection. Would definitely stay again.

Given that this is a budget-class hotel, it is great, and I will go back. It has clean and well-provided rooms (incl microwave and fridge), free basic breakfast and free coffee in the lobby, free shuttle to airport (every 30 min), nice and friendly service in my case (both reception and breakfast staff), and a Chuck's Roadhouse next door. Downsides (being budget) are: no coffee machine in the room (but free coffee in the lobby), somewhat noisier heating/AC (but gets you the right temperature and it drowns out outdoor noise), just basic breakfast (bagels, cereal, OJ, coffee). I will go back next time I need a hotel there.

Reception area did not look promising - however, 3rd floor room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It seems to be recently renovated. Was missing a kettle plus coffee/tea in the room ( only free of charge in the lobby). Air-conditioned heating wa pretty noisy. Could not take breakfast as I left by 6 am. Airport shuttle works fine

Great location. Nice updated room for a reasonable price. Walk in shower with shampoo etc. I didn't avail of the breakfast, too early a departure. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. No service between 2 and 4 am. The only issue is it stops at the Holiday Inn before this hotel. The day I left 4 people got left behind going to the airport. Not sure what arrangements the hotel would make in this case. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. Chuck's Roadhouse attached to the hotel. Food is good. 1/2 price appetizers after 9 pm. I will use this hotel again.

The staff are very nice or I would have only given this hotel 1 star. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and inexplicably no ice buckets either. When you ask at the front desk, you will be given a cheap plastic container that is not insulated so your ice begins melting immediately. On the plus side, there is a fridge and microwave in the room. Go figure!
