Located in a prime downtown Toronto spot, guests consistently praise the hotel's stylish, modern design, spacious and comfortable suites, and excellent service. While the location and rooms are major highlights, reports of unclean rooms and issues with amenities (like the Peloton studio connection) have been noted by some recent visitors.
We had a wonderful stay at Revery Toronto Downtown Hotel. The hotel is incredibly cute and stylish, with a modern design that makes the whole place feel very welcoming. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also excellent, right in a great downtown spot that made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the city!
I had a very pleasant stay at Revery Toronto Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel offers a very good atmosphere, a convenient location, and a high standard of service. I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping staff, who were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Karl for the warm and courteous approach. My only criticism concerns the room amenities. Unfortunately, the minibar was completely empty, which was disappointing. In addition, there was no complimentary welcome water in the room. At a room rate of approximately €800 per night, I would have expected greater attention to these details. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel remains very positive, and I can say that I truly enjoyed my stay.
Revery Toronto consistently delivers an excellent experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, rooms are comforting, and the service is outstanding. A special thank you to Andri at the front desk, who made my most recent check-in absolutely marvelous. He was incredibly professional and welcoming, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect with my stay. It’s clear the hotel is well managed. That level of attention and care really stands out.
My friend and I stopped by Hotel Revery for coffee since we live in the area, and we were so impressed by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. Although brunch service had just ended and we couldn’t dine in, the team went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even invited us to explore the property and kindly gave us a tour of the beautiful restaurant, boardroom and meeting spaces for my friend’s potential business needs. The upstairs restaurant are absolutely stunning—classy, elegant, and filled with a gorgeous ambiance. The restaurant itself is a space we’re already looking forward to returning to. We’re excited to check out their Winterlicious menu, available until February 12, or to come back for a weekend breakfast. It was also great to learn they offer happy hour aperitifs from 4 to 7 p.m., which is another perfect excuse to return. Overall, Hotel Revery delivers warmth, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. A true neighborhood gem that we’re happy to have nearby.
The hotel is in the best location if you are going to one of the theatres on King St. I did not have a car and was able to get around easily by walking and TTC transportation. It's also close to many dining options. The hotel is modern and very clean throughout. I had a double queen room. It was very spacious, well equipped with outlets, remote controls for lights etc., and other amenities. I enjoyed the in-room Nespresso maker. I also appreciated the effort to be sustainable by providing glasses rather than plastic cups, and mugs as well as paper cups. The bathroom was a bit small and had a bathtub and a barn door (not my favourite), but it was functional, modern and updated. I also appreciated Muse cafe in the lobby as a place to get a coffee and pastry for breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel.
This review is for the fantastic and delicious Christmas latte I had at Muse Lobby Bar inside the Revery Hotel! My friend had a Matcha Latte and I had a Maple Cinnamon Latte and loved it so much! They looked beautiful too. Big thanks to Marvin for the excellent service and friendly chat about the upgrade to the hotel. I also loved the warm ambiance and burgundy colours and lounge area. Very cozy and opulent!
The rooms are excellent! Very spacious, plenty of places to plug in devices, great TV system with streaming options, the room was clean and bright, very nice bathroom, and wonderful to have a Nespresso machine. The hotel lobby and layout are very nice as well, and there are plenty of nearby paid parking options as well as valet parking offered. My only complaint is with the "Peloton studio" as the partnership between Hilton and Peloton is a reason that I prefer Hilton properties. The so-called studio is a small room with two Peloton bikes. One of them was not connecting to the internet properly so could not be used. The other was sporadically disconnecting from internet, but I was able to use it for a two 20 minute classes. Both bikes could use a little maintenance, and both bikes had the pedals swapped out for SPD cleat/toe-clips, which I get having at least one bike with toe-clips for people who don't bring Peloton bike shoes, but I specifically choose Hilton for the Peloton partnership and not being able to use my delta cleat Peloton shoes on the Peloton bike is a little frustrating. As we only stayed one night, this was only a minor annoyance and the quality of the room was well worth the price we paid
This was my second choice as Hilton in Queens was fully booked. I am glad I made the choice. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were spacious and modernly furnished with comfy beds, a huge TV. Washroom, while slightly smaller had all the required amenities. What impressed me most was the level of cleanliness and quality of service that was maintained during my entire stay at the hotel. One could see the care and dedication that was put in by the staff. A short personalized note from Anju added the personal touch one wants when away from home. This hotel is great value for money. Is right in centre of downtown Toronto, close to everything. Unlike others, I had no issues with sound from other rooms. I hope to stay here more often in the future.
This review could’ve gone differently, but thanks to the great customer service and prompt action from your front desk team, I’m happy. I had a connecting room, despite requesting a quiet room during booking. I was going to try to tough it out, but decided to call down due to the noise and they immediately moved me - no questions asked. Also offered to help me move my stuff over. The hotel is comfortable and has a beautiful theme. Location is the best part. You are not required to use valet parking, there’s a lot around back with doors that lead to the elevators. I appreciate their understanding and effort.
My children and I had the most incredible Thanksgiving weekend at the Revery Hotel Toronto. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a place where everything is truly about love from the beautiful, loving atmosphere to the modern design and thoughtful details. The food was divine, the rooms luxurious and high-tech, and we were treated like VIPs. The staff poured so much heart into every interaction, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Their kindness and care truly made the experience unforgettable. Even the beautiful book by Reetu Gupta, about love, reflected the soul of this place. I highly recommend picking up a copy. Truly magical and a Thanksgiving we’ll never forget.
