The Nobu Hotel Toronto consistently receives rave reviews for its exceptional service, luxurious design, and attention to detail. Guests highlight the welcoming staff, thoughtfully curated amenities, and stunning views, creating a memorable and sophisticated experience. While primarily focused on positive feedback, some guests suggest potential improvements to the in-house amenities.
I bought a two night stay at Nobu Hotel Toronto as a gift for my parents and it honestly exceeded every expectation. From the moment they arrived, everything felt special. They were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and the views and overall design completely impressed them. My mom is a designer and notices everything, and she could not stop talking about the details. She loved the materials, the lighting, the textures, and how intentional everything felt. She came home genuinely inspired. They were also given complimentary shuttle service in a G Wagon, which made the whole experience feel even more memorable. It was such a thoughtful touch. The included breakfast was almost too beautiful to eat. They said the plating was so stunning they did not want to ruin it. It felt more like art than food. As someone who gave this as a gift, it meant a lot to hear how much they enjoyed it. It was not just a hotel stay. It was a full experience. I would absolutely recommend it.
My wife and I stayed at Nobu Hotel the night and day after our wedding. The staff were professional, polite and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and went the extra mile for us knowing we were recently married. The room we got was spacious, tastefully designed, and spotless upon entering. It had a great view of the city, and truly made us feel at home to rest and recover peacefully. I really liked their rugs, but haven't been able to find a place to purchase them. The included breakfast was fantastic, and left quite the impression on us. Overall the highlights of the hotel are it's room, atmosphere and ambiance. I would like to have more amenities if possible in the future. I would nonetheless greatly recommend staying at the Nobu Hotel.
Our stay at Nobu Hotel Toronto was exceptional from start to finish. The views of the CN Tower and the wraparound views of downtown Toronto were absolutely stunning and instantly set a calm, luxurious tone. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—serene, Zenlike and refined, and impeccably detailed in true Nobu fashion. I loved the heated bathroom floor plus the wonderful wooden tub! The Byredo bath products were so lovely and smelled wonderful. Dining was a highlight, especially the dessert delivered to our room : a Zen Garden of lemon curd with chocolate stones was as beautiful as it was delicious—playful, balanced, and unforgettable. We were able to eat at Nobu itself which was quite a culinary experience and superb. The inclusive hotel breakfast was truly out of this world—simply amazing and a perfect way to start the day. Recommendation the Eggs Benedict ( Salmon) and the porridge with Fuji apples. The fresh fruit platter was a delight! Despite the beyond cold weather (-30), getting around was effortless thanks to the Mercedes house car. A special thank-you to Jermaine and Navim, who made every ride smooth, warm, and enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Managers Dasun and Cesar were attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about addressing any concerns. At the front desk, May, Chloe and Maltide were absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the thoughtful attention to detail to the seamless hospitality, Nobu Hotel Toronto delivers a refined, fun, and deeply comfortable experience. We can’t wait to return.
We stayed two nights in one of the suites facing the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. The space was airy, bright, light and serene. So clean and well laid out. The bar area in the room had a great coffee machine, electric tea pot and fantastic snacks. We were greeted with a lovely handwritten note and a cheesecake (birthday weekend). They made note of our daughter's nut allergy and provided an alternative to the cake. When we had questions or requests, the staff met our needs in a timely manner. The breakfasts were exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, approachable and helpful. It was definitely an elevated experience without it feeling pretentious.
Nobu Hotel Toronto is absolutely beautiful. Every detail is thoughtful and impeccably curated. From the heated floors and Toto toilet to the Dyson hair products and Byredo shower and skincare products, it truly felt like the best of everything. The turndown service added another layer of comfort and luxury that elevated the entire stay. Communication was exceptional, especially after booking, with the team reaching out in advance to confirm preferences and ensure everything was perfectly arranged. They went above and beyond to make a birthday stay truly special, including a lovely welcome cheesecake that was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast in the Sakura Lounge was a 10/10 experience. Special shoutout to Bibek, Akarshith, and Trishta, who walked us through the menu, explained the dishes in detail, and made the experience both informative and super enjoyable. It was absolutely fabulous and we will definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to May, who was incredible from start to finish, from check-in to the room tour and everything in between. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay truly unforgettable.
Beautiful rooms, wonderful service, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Through Nobu I also booked an in-room massage and individual yoga session with Elaine from Mobile Mind Body, which was the cherry on top! She led the perfect yoga flow adapted to my goals, I would highly recommend this for anyone.
My husband and I had a "staycation" to end the holiday season and start the new year off right. We have been curious about Nobu Hotel ever since they opened in June 2025 and finally got the chance to go and see it for ourselves. I read many reviews about it and our experience was no different than the many happy guests who stayed there before us. BOOKING: Matilda helped us book our stay over the phone. She was so friendly and professional. When we got to our room, she had arranged for a bottle of Prosecco and left us a hand-written note to welcome us. What a nice touch! VALET/CHECK-IN: So efficient and seamless. We were greeted in the lobby with some hot, Japanese tea and enjoyed it in their beautiful lobby as we waited to check-in. The process only took about 5 minutes because of their handy IPads. OUR ROOM: We were in 4410 with a lovely city view. The room instantly feels calm and welcoming. The warm wood combined with the cream coloured couch felt very clean and minimal. The bed was very comfortable and the black out curtains were great too. We loved how everything could be controlled by the push of a button. Our concierge, May escorted us all the way to our room after she checked us in to explain the details of the room and showed us all of the complimentary goodies. Nobu Hotel has honestly thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to convenience for their guests. A few of the complimentary items include all non-alcoholic beverages in the fridge, hot tea, coffee and an abundance of snacks like nuts, chocolate and candies. We honestly couldn't finish all of the snacks that were offered to us. WASHROOM: Heated floors and a TOTO toilet. I repeat...heated floors and a TOTO toilet. We felt so pampered any time we used the washroom. They also offer many complimentary items in there too...I was especially excited about the "vanity" kit that includes make-up remover pads, a nail file and a HAIR ELASTIC! If you've ever been in need of a hair elastic and couldn't find one, you know just how valuable this item is! There is also a giant bath tub if you're looking for a nice, relaxing soak. The shower and offered shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo was lovely too. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST: This breakfast was so generous and all of the choices looked amazing. They give you the option of choosing one hot and one cold item from their menu. I opted for the "Nobu Breakfast" with sunny side up eggs and chicken sausage as well as the Avocado toast option. Both were amazing and the service was exceptional as well. NOBU RESTAURANT: We had the tasting menu and my husband had the wine pairing with it too. I chose a glass of sake. We added the Wagyu beef option to our meal as well. Each dish was delicious and the service was outstanding again. The restaurant itself is a great place for people watching and the atmosphere is light with a nice selection of music to accompany your meal. We will definitely return to experience the "Tanoshi Hour" (happy hour) in the Bar & Lounge. They offer a smaller selection of dishes from the restaurant and a handful of drinks as well. All in all, our experience at Nobu Hotel and Restaurants was 10/10 and if you're looking for a splurge, I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't regret it!
Stayed at the Nobu hotel during the summer holidays, we were in town for a very special birthday and we had the best experience! Ryan was very accommodating, kind, and welcoming and was always available to help us when needed! We also had an in room massage by the lovely Elaine, she was beyond amazing! The food was 20/10 (of course), our breakfast was complimentary and I must say, that was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life! We ended up dining in for lunch as well which was such a great idea because that menu was to die for! Our servers were amazing! Hotel staff were beyond amazing! Room was luxurious and just stunning! Everything was just so perfect! I had to make sure to leave a review (better late than never) :) thank you to everyone at Nobu for making our experience unforgettable! we can’t wait to be back!
Could not have picked a better place for our anniversary. We’re local and booked the weekend to celebrate. We’ve stayed all over the world and this was the best experience start to finish ever. From seamless service between the app and in person, to the incredible room. A special thanks to the staff. Front desk, valet, on the app, at the sushi bar, room service. All flawless and above and beyond. Thank you! We will be back.
LOVE LOVE LOVE. Understated elegance. Beautiful rooms. I felt like I was in Japan. We stayed in the Zen Junior Suite with 2 queen beds. The staff was incredible. We had the free breakfast (so worth it) and free snacks in the room (great as we were traveling with kids). There was welcome pastries and a beautiful Japanese Cheesecake left in our room for our last night. Shout out to May who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Also, to the valet who ALWAYS had a smile on his face. I absolutely cannot wait to go back.
