We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport (South) for six days, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very clean, smells fresh and comfortable. What truly stood out was how accommodating the staff was throughout our entire visit. The airport shuttle service was also highly convenient and made traveling back and forth stress-free. We had absolutely zero issues during our six-night stay. Everything went perfectly smoothly.If you need a reliable place to stay near YYZ with great airport transit, this is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again! ?

Very clean, new and smell fresh hotel. Definitely will come back again. I also really liked that the elevators are secured - can only go up with the room card. Worth paying extra for this hotel compared to a cheaper motel. I was not able to try the breakfast service as my flight was early. But the airport shuttle bus driver was very courteous and was a smooth drive to the airport. Highly recommend!!

I was recently here for a photoshoot and had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival staff was friendly at check in. I had just missed breakfast the first day and the girl that was cleaning up went and got me a few bananas I was looking for. She didn't have to as breakfast room was closed, but she went out of her way to do so. I was carrying a large amount of water and the front desk staff asked if I needed help. I thanked them but I could manage. The gentleman cleaning the elevator helped me with it and helped me to my room and opened the door for me. Very courteous. I had called maintenance for a few small things and both times they were within 5-10 minutes and asked if I needed anything and how the room was. Breakfast was lovely. Always coffee and tea available. Hotel is clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Lot of plug ins in the room. Gym was clean. The part of the stay that surprised me most was every day, they would text and ask how my stay was going. If I needed anything. I have never had that from a hotel before. It was a very nice personalized touch. The housekeeping always met me with a smile and a good morning. When coming and going the staff at front desk always greeted you and asked how everything was going. Its the little things like that which really makes the stay pleasant. Free shuttle to and from airport makes it easy to go jump on the train at the airport to downtown. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel like a valued customer.

I have a booking here last weekend. It was a last minute booking but the hotel still treated me good. They provide some valentine gifts, and make the room very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the manager to solve the AC problem by providing a heater. But they could do better with a better pest control.

We were stranded due to weather. The front desk was very helpful providing early check in for weary travellers. Although they don’t have an onsite restaurant they were very helpful, and we had a delicious meal that the shuttle took us to. The whole hotel was super clean with continuous cleaning going on in the common area. Breakfast was good with all the usual breakfast offerings. Over all we had a great experience. Would definitely come again.

I stayed over due to a flight cancellation and it was a great experience despite the circumstances! The kind man and woman at the front desk (apologies, I didn’t quite get their names, but they were there the evening of the 19th) were a huge help and absolutely made my night. I used the gym facilities while I was there as well and they were clean and well stocked. The room was also spacious and comfortable. There’s also a shuttle to and from the airport, making it very convenient to go there and back. Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience and would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near the airport.

I stumbled upon this place when looking for a day rate and my other hotel of choice was fully booked. It’s a clean, easily accessible hotel near Toronto’s Pearson Airport. There’s a free shuttle to the airport that departs every 30 minutes at 00 and 30. Rooms were clean, brand new and very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. The 24/7 coffee station was a big plus and much appreciated.Breakfast was good with lots of options, and we were especially impressed by the high-tech pancake machine — such a fun and unusual touch! The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hotel also has a gym and pool, which added to the experience. Our room was spacious with modern décor, very comfortable, and well equipped with an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a bathroom nicely stocked with Dove products. Overall, a comfortable, modern, and convenient stay — we would definitely return. Great service from the staff.

Every time I stay at this hotel, I’m reminded why I always come back. It’s a place that truly exceeds expectations. The rooms are super comfortable, the view is gorgeous, and every area is always spotless. The service from the staff is exceptional always friendly and always with a smile. I want to make a special mention of Ashley at the front desk. No matter what time you arrive whether it’s early in the morning, late at night, or any other hour he always welcomes you with a genuine smile. He is extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. He truly elevates the experience from the moment you walk in. Also now they have the cutest hot cocoa bar! Another thing I value a lot is the shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes: always punctual and with very friendly drivers. I come here frequently, and this hotel never disappoints. They always go the extra mile, always make me feel welcome, and always maintain an excellent standard of quality. I recommend it 100%. Without a doubt, it’s one of my favorite hotels.

When I booked this hotel I was skeptical because a lot of reviews stated that it's not clean. When I checked in I was upgraded to a bigger room, Rooms was very clean need were comfortable and clean, Bathroom was nice and very clean. Room also has a microwave which was helpful .Complimentary breakfast was also decent with different options and seating was nice and clean. They also have a nice gym and indoor pool which we really enjoyed. Front desk staff was kind and helpful.
