We had a great stay at Canopy by Hilton and would definitely come back. We loved the modern Japanese-inspired design—it felt really cozy, stylish, and unique. The smart control panel for the curtains and lights was such a nice touch and made the room feel even more comfortable. The staff really made the experience. Bassem was amazing—he showed me another room so I could choose the one I preferred, surprised us with chocolates, and was so easy to talk to. Joshua, who helped us with our luggage, was also super friendly. It was such a nice touch that they both spoke French with us, which made us feel even more welcome. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful bright hotel with a stunning room design. We were especially impressed by the smart toilet in the bathroom? it felt like a true Japanese-style luxury experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Special thanks to Olga for her warm hospitality, friendly conversation, and excellent service. She made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The TTC was basically out the door, it was really convenient. The staff was super friendly, especially Bassem who greeted us warmed every time he saw us. The room was spacious and clean. The lights and blinds worked with buttons on the wall which was a nice upscale touch.

Traveled to Toronto for a work trip and this hotel was a perfect stay. I booked through Amex and got some nice upgrades and extra amenities. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Having the restaurant/bar and cafe in the same building was convenient. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Pool was a bit small and cold! And parking on site was a little expensive. But other those minor negatives I would rebook here again.

EDIT - Left our luggaged checked at front desk when leaving. Drove 2 hours outside of the city. Realized... called them... then they provided a link to get the luggage sent by UPS. Perfect! HOWEVER: They sent 2 identical emails, for EACH BAG. So they called me today, 2 days later to ask if I'd also like to send the other one. We needed to get replacement medication yesterday if we didn't have them, but now it's the weekend and we can not. I can not believe this is how that system works. How would you ever ever know.... THE REST: Nice spot. Good room. We had a suite that was very clean and very modern. Great bidet toilet, but strangely no door on the bathroom. So you hear everything going on on that bidet :D Bed firm and nice, good sheets, nice floor lights automatically come on when you get up in the night. Service was very good! I needed to kill sometime after check out and was able to use the gym.

I stayed here for a conference and it was fabulous! The room was beautiful and immaculate. The food was perfect. All the staff were beyond kind and helpful from the valet, front door people, bartenders, and the amazing people who kept every inch of the hotel sparkling. Great location with the TTC close by and walking distance of Bloor and Younge ammenities. Really cool decor. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the breakfast selection was fresh and varied every morning. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Especially, we would like to thank Bassem, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He was always willing to help with a smile and made sure everything was perfect for us. His dedication and hospitality truly made a difference.
