EDIT - Left our luggaged checked at front desk when leaving. Drove 2 hours outside of the city. Realized... called them... then they provided a link to get the luggage sent by UPS. Perfect! HOWEVER: They sent 2 identical emails, for EACH BAG. So they called me today, 2 days later to ask if I'd also like to send the other one. We needed to get replacement medication yesterday if we didn't have them, but now it's the weekend and we can not. I can not believe this is how that system works. How would you ever ever know.... THE REST: Nice spot. Good room. We had a suite that was very clean and very modern. Great bidet toilet, but strangely no door on the bathroom. So you hear everything going on on that bidet :D Bed firm and nice, good sheets, nice floor lights automatically come on when you get up in the night. Service was very good! I needed to kill sometime after check out and was able to use the gym.

I stayed here for a conference and it was fabulous! The room was beautiful and immaculate. The food was perfect. All the staff were beyond kind and helpful from the valet, front door people, bartenders, and the amazing people who kept every inch of the hotel sparkling. Great location with the TTC close by and walking distance of Bloor and Younge ammenities. Really cool decor. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the breakfast selection was fresh and varied every morning. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Especially, we would like to thank Bassem, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He was always willing to help with a smile and made sure everything was perfect for us. His dedication and hospitality truly made a difference. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

I want to start by saying the staff at Canopy by Hilton Toronto were absolutely wonderful. Every team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The front desk staff were especially accommodating and professional, even when we had to adjust our plans. However, as a Hilton Honours member traveling with young children, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the pool renovation. We specifically booked this hotel because the pool was a major selling point for our kids, and we received absolutely no advance notice via email that it would be closed during our stay. This is a significant amenity, especially for families, and the failure to communicate this closure ahead of time is unacceptable. Had we known, we would have chosen a different property. Instead, we discovered this only upon arrival, spending time on the phone booking new accommodation, and ended up cutting our stay short to find a hotel with a working pool. This wasted both our time and money, and created unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a family getaway. I understand renovations happen, but we needed proper notification about major amenity closures. The hotel should be proactively emailing guests about this before their arrival, not leaving them to discover it on-site. I hope Hilton improves their notification systems to prevent other families from experiencing this same frustration.

I celebrated a friend’s birthday at Canopy by Hilton in Yorkville, and we had an amazing experience. The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent, and the overall environment was a 10/10. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. A special thank you to Katherine Talledo for her warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. She gave us a tour of the hotel and took the time to show us all the amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for being so kind and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re centrally located. Close to all the activity in downtown Toronto, but far out enough that we could go to the countryside for some fun in the snow. All the staff were great at the restaurant, at the bar and in the lobby. We were very impressed with the decor and the styling of the hotel overall. The only drawback was the parking situation, but that is a common issue in Toronto. At least they offered valet service even though it was an additional charge. Next time I’m in Toronto I will definitely be staying here.

Stayed there to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. Everything was fantastic. From the moment we entered, till we left. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was great, and so was service. I want to specifically thank Katherine Talledo. She really made us feel at home. We saw her there multiple times during our stay, and she was very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning for another stay.

Rooms were beautiful - so modern and well designed. The hotel is beautiful as well. Great location. Valet only for $55 per night but we parked next door at 77 Huntley for $9 (check Spot Hero), which is the building immediately attached to the hotel and was super convenient. One gripe is we asked for wine glasses and were told it's a $5 delivery charge to our room. They suggested that we walk down to the bar and ask for wine glasses directly instead. That's definitely a first for me...

I had the best experience with Basem at Canopy Yorkville! He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made the whole visit feel so smooth and special. His energy is super positive, and he genuinely goes above and beyond for his guests. Also, a huge thank you to him for taking such great pictures — he was so patient and made sure I got perfect shots. Truly amazing service. Highly recommend seeing Basem! ?

Lovely property. Newly built, with all the modern amenities one would expect, and more. Very friendly staff, and excellent service. Had a great conversation with the bartender as well. Good location near lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Love the fact that they offer valet parking as well, because parking in the area is a nightmare. We only stayed a night this time, but we’ll definitely be back.
